    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @JioCare Without resolving my complaint dt. 2nd Dec, closed it mentioning as resolved. Fresh SR has been entrusted on 5th. They have not resolved so far. If not recharged in advance, I would have discontinued the connection. They give standard reply. Most WORST SERVICE.

    @JioCare Hi I ordered I sim card home delivery. 5y3 executive came and did the paper work. Did 149 first recharge but the sim activation failed due to aadhar photo issue pls give my refund of 149

    @JioCare No JioFiber connectivity since 2nd Dec. Complaint not resolved though tweeted and emailed to the Chairman, Mr. Mukesh Ambani. No words to explain the worst service. Infinite WORST SERVICE. I don't know why the Govt is doing privatisation.

    hey @JioCare @reliancejio I've recharged 1768 pack on jio fiber but not getting the amazon prime which was promised by your comapany and your customer service couldn't give me satisfactory options @consumerforum_ please look into this matter

    @immrinal98 @JioCare @reliancejio Even it happened for me. They have closed the SR without resolving. No JioFiber since 2nd Dec. No TV and Wifi. Most Worst servicr.
