    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare Hi, my pincode is 601204, 5g is available only in terrace, while I get inside home, only 4g tower is available, please strengthen the signal and make sure whole ponneri-601204 gets good 5g coverage, checked 5g speed it was less than 100mbps only.

    Talked with the customer escalation team of @JioCare and he told me on my face that they can’t do anything . You should wait or disconnect from our services . This is the monopoly we are creating in India .@reliancegroup @BangaloreTimes1

    @JioCare SR00001JKKYR - 50 calls , 10 emails still struggling to get a resolution from RJIO . Voice call execs tell me my issue is genuine and RJIO store shud not hav taken 349 for each sim while porting the number. JIo email tells me charges are OK. I AM STUCK.. worst support
