@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@JioCare Thank you Yasmeen... but tell me that we pay the subscription for 30 day so in my case 24 hrs already passed and as per your it may take more 24 hrs. Now out of 30days I could enjoy 28 days then how would you compenset for 2 days, which I lost for your poor services.

@JioCare Jio network speeds are very slow around 3-4 mbps at pincode-533445. Near by villages which are just 3kms away are getting very high speeds around 95mbps. Why don't u just look around here. Even @Airtel_Presence and @ViCustomerCare are same in my village.

@reliancejio @JioCare My Service request no SR000018E91D was closed abruptly without resolution. Each day I keep getting messages about Engineer getting assigned and visit scheduled..but it keeps getting postponed from the last 8 days..Did not expect this kind of service from jio

My mother ported her sim from #VodafoneIdea to @reliancejio. She has paid outstanding bill in dec but her outgoing has been blocked as @JioCare says payment pending. I have visited jio store thrices spoken with customer care but no resolution yet.
