@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@JioCare Done that tons of times... Anyway thinking to surrender the plan. Poor customer service too... ( It has not been even a month i took the connection). I am ready to pay extra to diiferent vendor but atleast work with honest company

@reliancejio I have received call from your technical support team and he make some changes from their end and told me that your problem is getting resolve by tomorrow morning but still I am facing the same issue, you guys are giving fake commitments and make fool of Lehman.
