  @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

  Hi @JioCare, did you stop providing 4G services? am curious to know as I couldn't remember when did I receive 4G speed last time.. Everytime I complain & got same response, work is going on, complaint has been registered..Is there no ending to such miseries?

  @JioCare Understood, but what about the refund on Rs 4900 recharge for 6 months that was hardly used done in June 22 and we had to disconnect since there was no resolution for no internet for months from jio. Also, Why do I have to keep explaining same thing to all your representatives?
