@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare connection is down as cables were removed by authorities since 27 Jan as the cabling was illegal. Your support has given me extension for a non working connection when i asked refund. Technician says its not possible to give connection. Total mismanagement.

@JioCare @TRAI @GyanTherapy enjoy the 5G services, but as soon as I get on call the network changes automatically to LTE which consumes my limited 4g data,So I want to know is this some kind of glitch on my phone or a general issue & would like to know till when it would be gone.
