    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a connection in my house. I have bought a new TV and qNt the connection for my new TV to be shifted from old TV. I had been trying the jio executive since morning. None of them have turned up for help. Such a bad service

    @reliancejio I have ported 3 numbers from Vodafone to jio but it is very bad experience with me in Jio within a week. I was informed about same from others and came true. It is really big task to reach Jio customer care even though having portal, chat and calling options.

    Jio network is the most horrible mobile network in our location. Its network appears sometimes only when power is there just to call or sms us and ask us for a recharge monthly and after that it's gone. It will only come back when power comes back too. @JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI
