@JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@reliancejio @JioCare Why my net is down 4m morning? Cz as per Govt of Assam order, only during exam time (10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm) net should be down. Other networks had active net services till 9am today. Moreover @airtelindia has active data services right now. Then WTF r u doing?

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I don't think anyone in Jio wish to help their customers. I have been calling from yesterday that I accidentally paid for 300 Mbps, I usually pay for 30 Mbps. Need the paid amount to be split or refund so that I could pay for 3 months.
