    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio ๐Ÿ’ฉ Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didnโ€™t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @JioCare For some strange unknown reason Jio WiFi calling turns off automatically on all Samsung devices and I have to manually turn it on over and over. Other providers don't have this issue with Samsung so it is definitely a fault at Jio's end. Check out with a Samsung device.

    @reliancejio @JioCare very bad services provided by Jio, poor connectivity, even customer support not able to resolve, when I ask that there is poor connectivity my call automatically drops, hence proved its an issue

    @JioCare This service request was raised in the morning itself, nothing new about it. Engineer hasnโ€™t been assigned to this request yet and the issue was supposed to be resolved by 6PM today. I havenโ€™t received any calls regarding this Jaineesh. Is there some reason behind this @JioCare ?
