Devansh (@ashvend) reportedAI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

Pratty (@pratty_prat) reported@tanyachawla31 @reliancejio This is their scam. As per the engineer, they never refund the 3M advance you give. They gave me back 200/- & closed the case. I had to find & reach out to the head of service for Jio and make my case to get them to try & expedite my full refund that came 2M later.
