@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare It's been almost a month and I haven't received any updates from anyone. I will seriously reconsider my decision to port to Jio in case I done receive an update by this weekend. Never expected such service from Jio.

I’m on latest iOS, with @reliancejio sim with and without wifi call feature, it says my number is switched off even it’s not. Also while making calls no connection until I toggle airplane mode. Customer care is clueless and unable to help.
