@JioCare Hey Mr. Rahul asked your Company to concentrate on 2G network instead of 5G. We've been facing the problem since Jio tower installation in our area. Many times I've told about this problem, gave my alternate number but the result we got is zero. Still Im sharing my location.

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare There are 2 boxes in our building. Those connected to one box have no problem. We are connected to the 2nd box and keep having issues. How long does it take for the technician to come and take a look at what's wrong?
