@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

1. I’ve been having internet issues for the past 2 weeks. I have raised the issue with my broadband provider @reliancejio since the beginning. I have paid subscription until Dec 23rd plus I paid the initial set up cost as well.

@JioCare @reliancejio For past 2 days jio phones are working as showpiece in Shastripuram, Agra. No outgoing or incoming calls possible. Network present but no calls are made. Internet speed low Works fine if you leave that area. Network issue or network traffic ? Any clues.

@JioCare @reliancejio @jio I have trying from past 2 months to return my jiofiber. I have called almost 50 times to customer care they have only rescheduled , I got message and no one visited in that 50 time. Worst customer experience I never has with anyone else.
