    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare @TRAI who had given the power toi telecome service provider to issue 1 number to 2 person. as i was using a jio prepaid number and forgot to recharge the same for 2 months, jio issued the same number to someone else and now says we regret.

    Customer care of @reliancejio @JioCare is worst.Since 4 days i am following up related to network issues and they don’t listen at all and give fake promises that it will get resolved in 2 hrs 3 hrs etc everyday. When I contact them they don’t respond and cut call.@jagograhakjago

    I can't use 5g even though my area has 5g coverage and I also have a 5g smartphone and an active recharge of 666rs. I have tried enough talked with customer care quite a few time I guess it's time to port to Airtel @JioCare

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare For the last 30 Days I am complaining about the internet speed issues in my area. But It seems that jio won't care for their customers. Despite being run by the richest man in India, their employees are buffoons. Jio has the worst customer care support.
