  @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

  @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

  @JioCare Yesterday on 1st april I went thru hell, sites like twitter,wordpress amazon etc won't open due to ur slow internet at Guwahati.Atleast if there is some techfailure, inform the users thru sms which can stopfrom bieng confused. Pathetic display of customer service. #jio

  @JioCare My building are in available for service area and it is easy to take connection at my location there are only approx 70 meter distance between my house and service point but the team jio fiber team of my area is very irresponsible please make a visit with a responsible executive

  @JioCare very poor service i could say. At 2:30 am they are claiming for network congestion for the speed of.38kb/sec. And today we should appreciate that jio has 5G👏 i don't literally understand the logic here !. The customercareexecutives just hang up the phone also.Well done

  @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I live in Surat. I had Port my number into Jio in Feb,23 but I pick my own Ears to Select Jio as Network Provider. There is very very Poor Quality with Full Network at My Office and Many Places. Other Persons cant listen my voice. 10 days instead of 90
