@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare Whenever there is no electricity in our area, at that time jio network also going down.I have spoken with jio customer service but theris is no proper response and solution for this issue. Lots of peoples are using jio sim cards in our area and all are facing same issue (1/2)

@JioCare There is full network coverage but it show not reachable if called to number. I have to power on & off for solving this issue. I cant check it everytime whether I am getting not reachable error or not . Either solve the issue or else I will port out from this Jio Network
