@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare recharged jiofi from MyJio of 599 plan. Amount deducted but jiofi not yet recharged. It's more than 24hrs neither successfully recharged nor refunded. Why creating so much trouble for customers??

Very surprised to know a company that has its network through out the nation, does not have the towers setup at Nallagandla, while the other service providers like Beam, ACT have it. Well @reliancejio you leave me with no option but to choose some one else over you.
