    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @JioCare its almost one and half month completed and till now i don't get my jio fiber+ stb security amount refund. So many time i call to jio customer care but nothing happen every time they say its in process and within 24 hrs its credit in your A/C but till now it not done

    @JioCare hi i am customer of jio from Bharuch Jambusar (gujarat) since Jio launched. In my area The Internet runs pathetic like it seems i have recharged of 2G speed. It Makes no sense to recharge. We are suffering alot for the speed of Data. Requesting you to plz look into this.

    @Luvrboy91Sharma @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India
