@reliancejio JIO is simply a fraud. I did ISD recharge of 501 twice, as per Jio website calling Frankfurt airport is charged rs. 12/min, they charged me Rs.100 per minute. I called customer care they call me back and say they don't have any information. all screenshots,proof shared over mail

@JioCare Why you want alternative number? Not confident of Jio signal? Your company knows calling Jio number certainly call drops so you want alternate number if I give second number Jio your face may have to be kept elsewhere

Why is the option to talk with consultant removed from Jio complaint number (198)? @TRAI you should take action on jio, this is serious issue as private companies threatening gov rules. I have been complaining from last three days, as getting only 7-8 KB internet speed. @JioCare
