    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with the service of jio fibre I have taken it in the last two months or so but every week it goes offline & remains off for about 24 hours there is no service backup whenever it comes on again it is very very slow.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio is the worst network provided I have ever come accross. I am goong to switch to a different network tomorrow. I have tweeted 2/3 times regarding the issue, everytime CS assured me to rectify it. It’s been 6 months now. No more chances. I am porting.

    @JioCare shittiest 0.3kbps network . internet speed was better with @docomo in 2001 as compared to your third class network in 2021.

    @reliancejio my main concern is that when I have all valid documents and I was trying to MNP then why Jio Store executive give me fake information regarding local ID proof address is mandatory for MNP so I am not satisfied with Jio store regarding customer service
