@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

I am using @reliancejio services from past few years my overall experience with you guys is pathetic. Call drops, no network, poor 4G services. Every month I recharge my data plans but unable to use it. Should I switch to Airtel instead?

@JioCare I've also tried to reach many of your sales executives, even the zonal manager as well. But they all are telling me the same story. They even told me that they can't do anything as there's no updates about expanding the network to my location.

@JioCare I've already enrolled for it. I've been waiting for a long time. But since then I haven't got any proper solution till date. I can't understand, what's the issue with expanding your network whereas underground fiber connection is already done many months ago.
