@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@HuuugeL @Nidhi @JioCare but port to which network ? Port to any, quality will be same. in the name of 2G, they gave us 1G, in the name of 3G, they gave us 2G, in the name of 4G, they are providing us with 3G, now they are ready with 5G lollypop. It's an Oligopoly sector with pathetic service.

@JioCare @JioCare total harassment by team jio. It's been 4 days of the complaint raised. Such a poor service given after taking 6 months plan to engage customer. Raising a complaint to consumer court for this. Kindly deal in there. I don't need your services anymore.

@TheLallantop @JioCare #Jio network has always been worse in our office area near Parcel office, Ajmeri gate side, New Delhi Railway station. Have to use WiFi calling facility otherwise its not acceptable at all.
