@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@JioCare Continious red light blinking on the router. Contacted your area incharges, but will never take the call. I dont know Inspite of recharging my connection, I have to simply see the red light blinking on the router. May be I am recharging for red light viewing only.

@ProfessorBask @JioCare Myself thinking the same. Worst in my native even though jio implemented mini tower. Worst call quality. Moved one number to @airtelindia for testing. Now planning to move rest 3 numbers ARPU minimum 199/NUM/month.
