@reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

@JioCare I know that one day your service engineer will definitely come , may be this year or next year or next to next year or after my subscription plan expired . From 6 months of plan , 1 month has already gone without using single byte of data .

Absolutely disgusting service from @reliancejio Service went off every week, with lot of frequent disconnections & slow speed. Service engineer not responding and closing tickets(Req No-SR00001C27N1) without visting.@JioCare have a look on the incident. #DisgustingJioFiber

Hello @JioCare, After waiting constantly for my Jio fiber and after calling your customer care for multiple times. This is the time to go to consumer court now. Your services are pathetic and I'll file a case against you if you can't stick with your promises and commitments.

@JioCare Complaint raised for no connection on 5th July, no one turned up till today. Customer care service is of no use. They know nothing and try to misguide us. There should be some contact detail where one can approach in such circumstances. But that is also not available to us.
