Divya T (@SymphonicalMind) reported@JioCare spoke to the engineer and his team. No one has been aligned for this issue yet because 'engineers were busy somewhere else'. I said Jio care gave a TAT of 5pm on Sun, he said that's given by the system but no one has been assigned for this issue yet. WTF!!!!!
