    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    @JioCare DM's you all the details regarding my JioFiber please do slove the issue related to Jio LiveTv+ (Fifa World Cup 2026 channels) as I earlier mentioned the OTP problem i don't received any OTP to start JioLivetv+ on my JioFiber, Please slove the issue as soon as possible.

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation

    @JioCare Interesting experience with @JioCare. After 4+ days of outage, multiple missed engineer visits & no resolution, I raised a request for a NEW Jio connection from another number. Surprisingly, sales contacted me within 5 minutes for installation. (1/2)

    @JioCare Alternative number was provided two days ago on 24 hour helpline. Engineer visit was scheduled on June 11 between 4-5 pm. After that, the status on MyJio App kept pushing the deadline further - from resolution of issue by 10.12 p.m. on June 11, around 10.15, it was shifted

    @airtelindia 8 days since set top box stopped working. Reported on call, email, x & visited airtel store. No fix. Except that you have raised a Service request, nothing happens. I regret having opted for airtel, I'm shifting to @JioCare, hope they don't disappoint.

    @JioCare Ishveen Can you pls urgnt help by UPDATe SR0000385M5P. MY JIOFIBER TERMINATED so CAN'T SEE ANY SR. So can't add/update in SR, IFSC code which u can get it from my DM. It's humble request can you pls update SR and connect with me. It will avoid more DELAY in #JIOREFUND
