    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare It's been 3 days jio fiber is not installed neither your employee Manvendra Pandey Emp Code 55139284 is responding to my calls who booked the Jio Fiber and took payment of 807 rs, nobody is there to tell exact date when will installation happen, Jio sucks.

    @JioCare Now, the same story is repeating with our Jio Enterprise office connection. It's been over a month, and there is still no permanent resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet is down on my mobile for the past 3 days, I haven't been able to do any online work since I have recharged my number again. You are going to charge me even though I haven't been able to use your services. Fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare You should have clearly informed me upfront how many days the installation would take, or whether it was even possible. Instead, your sales representative misled me, collected ₹807, and then stopped answering calls or providing any updates. This has been a terrible experience.

    Don't use airtal black and also post paid service Service is very 3rd class 5/6 day internet service shutdown but not bill reduced take a bill full 30 days contact to customer care they cut call after few minutes @airtelindia @reliancejio

    Very disappointed with JioFiber service. Recharged R1200 on 27 July 2026 for JioFiber No. Payment was successful, but the plan is still showing under Upcoming Plans and is not getting activated Currently, I have no active plan and internet services are down. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @myjio @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my phone with 3 months unlimited 5g at rs899& I'm living in Shakti Nagar. Airtel,VI gives 5g coverage here,but not Jio.But I'm not getting 5g network here. Please provide this service at earliest. Not getting 5g here is unbelievable.
