    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare Booked a new Jio AirFiber connection on July 24th (paid in full). Installation was scheduled for July 25th (10 AM - 12 PM), but no technician arrived and no updates were provided. Standard customer care isn't responding. Please arrange an urgent installation callback.

    @JioCare I have reiterated multiple times, issue is across pune. If i give you my adress,are you going to install tower on my house? If your network is useless in Pune then just imagine in other places. Consumer court must start your enquiries.

    @JioCare Despite this, within days of recharge expiry, I receive repeated calls warning of suspension. More concerning, customer care representatives also contact my alternate numbers, including my spouse’s, questioning why recharges are not done.

    @ramjowrites Right sir it's frustrating I am too facing issues since last 5 days but they are not bothering to resolve it. I have decided to porting my sim with @reliancejio .
