    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare Please upgrade the nearest Jio tower to 5G in Kerkera, Karanjia, Mayurbhanj, Odisha-757037. More than 15 users have already complained through customer care, but network and internet speed are still poor. Kindly conduct a network survey and improve coverage. #Jio5G

    @JioCare Every time we hear that our backup team is trying to fix the problem but till now some problems have not been fixed, one team is saying 24 hours and the other team is saying 7 days.

    @JioCare internet is down for 3 days and you guyz don't give a F. You guyz are not even allowing me to raise complaint through jio app. Pinged jio fiber number on your inbox. Check and fix asap or i will switch to airtel.

    @JioMart @JioCare Amazing "Quick Delivery" service! Promised delivery by 3:29 PM on 13 June, but even after 24+ hours the order is neither delivered nor cancelled. Multiple calls, same response: "1 hour me ho jayega." Is this customer service or just false commitments? Order
