    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Placed a request with @fiber_jio 15 days back. My complaint keeps getting forward amongst their team. No progress on it so far. Highly disappointing service. Wouldn’t recommend @reliancejio

    @reliancejio You people are not doing this right at all I will be filling a case against you by today it self on the portal regarding this have some shame when you lie and your service agent lie to the customer.

    @JioCare Hi Jio, could you please provide me the nodal officer details for Karnataka circle? I was speaking to Jio support in English language and then he transferred my call to his senior who started speaking in Kannada and told me that she doesn't understand English. Pathetic!!

    @JioCare Hello, I am not able to call to any mobile at the first attempt, I have to repeatedly dial untill it connects. I have been facing this since long time. I raised complaint but there was no solution for the problem and they closed. #jiophone #JioFiber
