    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare service request number is SR0000168MW6. Not fixed even after 24h, no appointment was scheduled and customer care keeps stalling for 24h more. Pathetic service.

    My jiofiber installation with order id. NO0000I9WQHU is pending for more than a week now, stating technical issues. @JioCare not able to communicate with any of your executives at all, no replies to emails. Cancel my order and refund my money asap. @reliancegroup @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio U could not address problem of network. Pl refer 2 my last tweet to u. I get message out of nowhere even on Jiotv "oops!! u must be on jio network" . I fail 2 connect with any of Cust. care executives. My family has 5 active connection post/pre both @TRAI

    @JioCare i have been trying to connect with your Customer team but unable to connect... Since after I changed my mobile... My call waiting facility is disabled.. I have enabled it from my mobile settings but even after enabling it again same issue occurs...

    @JioCare I'm really frustrated by ur service , I recently got jio fibre nd it got shut in 2 days not working , I called ye engineers dozens of time but they don't respond either ,tell me what to do
