    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    My fiber network is not working since last 1 week. Everytime an engineer comes and says it's fixed but after 1 hour it's gone again. This is sheer fraud and zero accountability. @JioCare customers need transperancy.

    @JioCare The url you shared doesn't work. And why wasn't I updated about this delay. Infact your people confirmed twice this morning that the engineer will visit on time. What ******** is going on. Now when will he visit. My entire day is being wasted coz of your ****** service

    @JioCare @JioCare Your response is incorrect. My JioFiber connection has NOT been installed at my new address, and I have been without service for over 2 months. If your records show "activation completed," please share the installation date, address, and proof of activation.

    @JioCare, @reliancejio I am facing severe speed issues with my 100 Mbps JioFiber connection. The internet is so sluggish that opening YouTube is a struggle. I expect better service than this. Kindly look into it ASAP. #JioFiber #jiocare
