    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @reliancejio expanded faster than your customer support can handle.5days without internet,7calls,0 resolution. As one of your earliest customers, I've accepted compromised speeds—but3rdclass service is unacceptable. Time to look for a more reliable fibre provider @JioCare

I've tried customer care, the local team, and the collections team, but my connection is still active after relocation and I'm receiving bills for unused service..

    @JioCare @JioReliance @_MukeshAmbani What a pathetic state jio fiber has gone to. The customer care service has gone down the drains No jio internet connection in my area due to tech issues of cables hanging on poles, and no one to resolve the issue- last 4 days Really pathetic

    @JioCare I already initiated the cancellation procedure and asked the another service provider for new connection . And i dont recommend jio fibre for my friends and colleagues . Worst service

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio I am extremely disappointed with the service experience. My JioAirFiber Order ID NO0001ECTGWU was scheduled for installation on 01-Jul-2026 (6:45 PM - 8:45 PM) but it is still pending. Order ID: NO0001ECTGWU #JioAirFiber #CustomerService
