    Something wrong happened to #Jio since 6-7days, its not working that fast as it was. People are loosing faith over them Do something to make them believe @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @JioCare As per your offer it will be better to cancel my Old @jiofiber subscription and get new on others family member's name. So that we can get Amazon prime OTT bundled offer for next 1 year. Or swithch over others, where we can get better offer

    @JioCare Please help to resolve my query at the earliest. I have done my postpaid recharge through CRED, i have the bank transaction number and account details. Payment is successful on their end. But the recharge did not get reflected on my number. I have tried calling c. care.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani.. Dear sir, never saw such a fraud company, when we raise a complaint your executive suggest us to surrender the device and get new one. My old device was collected your executive... Still i have not received my refund and status of device is not collected

    @reliancejio you guys have a terrible customer support. I have to explain my issue to each support person and after that they disconnect the call and you can't callback because the number doesn't support incoming. It is really irritating.

    @sgopinathrao @JioCare Don’t be surprised if the service engineer closes the ticket with a comment “customer not available at the location”. I have experienced it in the past.

    @ACTFibernet I told them I will have no other option but to cancel all my ACT connections (we have 4 other accounts including a school) and switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio. So he raised another ticket (SR10367252981201). Ticket was closed without resolution again. Horrible service!
