    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Very poor call service by @reliancejio in NCR region. Multiple call drops no internet connectivity in underground metro commuting, no network around yamuna river. Why no investment is done in enhancing the network connectivity. This issue is constant from last many years.

    @JioCare My Jio number was disconnected without any prior notice after 5-6 years of continuous use. Customer care says it’s a “document issue” but gave no clear reason. Need urgent resolution. Please help. #JioSupport

    Yes that is the problem we are facing. The problem is facing by us and without solving the problem @JioCare was closing the ticket.

    Extremely poor customer care @reliancejio. I recharged yesterday with 200 plan but didn't know it doesn't have voice. I want to refund so that I can go for 349 plan which includes voice or if you can't refund please upgrade my plan by letting me pay additional 149. It's Urgent

    @JioCare @reliancejio Never seen such a insentive behaviour from any other customer care support. Despite posting my issue they don't even contact me yet. I gave them my contact information in their dm still not a single message or call these guys. Shut down Customer support

    @JioCare Your engineer keep rescheduling the visit. that's what jio is providing service. no internet. only rescheduled visit. shame on you. And answer my question - what's the compensation policy?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My JioFiber connection (01135759174) has been down for 7 days despite multiple complaints. The issue remains unresolved, causing significant inconvenience. I no longer wish to continue the service.Please process my permanent disconnection
