    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing wifi issue since 12 days , no solution from your end. Very bad service. Many request created, even 10 calls to customer care. You have ******* bad service. Your engineer didnt. Visit and close my 3 requests. Anand ambani ki shadi se bahar aavo.

    @JioCare Problem is by when the services will be restored? Pathetic service as entire day has passed but no resolution till now. Your engineers & people on Ground are least bothered to answer calls or provide an update

    @JioCare I know how to use the app. Your service requests are automatically changing the dates to the next day. So no engineer is visiting.

    @JioCare @JioCare My State Escalation (SR00003CMHEB) is still showing "In Progress". My Jio AirFiber has been down since 27 July, and no engineer has visited yet. I expect this issue to be resolved within the promised timeline.

    Hi @JioCare JIO Fiber( +91-8079603793) service request ID SR00003CFVTP raised for frequent internet disconnection. Facing issues since last 2 months. Tickets are getting closed saying unable to get OTP. Disappointed with your service, need your urgent attention.

    I did onre more mistake with JIO. Ordered a sim online and paid for it... Now the delivery agent is saying your location has some issue, neither delivery possible nor refund. @reliancejio what is wrong with u, like u guys operating like super fraud..
