    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    Very poor experience with JioFiber service. I raised a relocation request 17 April, but no one contacted me for installation. After repeated follow-ups, a service request (SR000034H5OV) was created.This SR has now been CLOSED without any resolution or installation @reliancejio

    Wanted to PORT from @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare. VIis such scam that they called saying to be representative of Jio and asked to send CANCEL to 1900 claiming doing so will migrate to Jio in 12hrs. No wonder why VI sucks #vodafone #trai #jio

    @JioMart_Support @JioMart @JioCare This is outright unacceptable and feels like cheating customers. Order placed on 26th March for same-day delivery. Today is 9th April — no delivery, NO refund, and zero accountability. You’ve taken my money and failed to provide the service.

    @JioCare JioFiber router replacement requests have not been resolved since 26th April 2026. The internet services are down since the 25th of April evening. Kindly help in replacing the router at the earliest and restoring the internet services.
