    @reliancejio @JioCare network congestion is really bad here, (Pungh, Sundernagar, HP). In the morning speeds touch 21mbps but in the evening it's just 100kbps.

    I can't understand why @JioCare are so dumpped? My jio fibre not working for last 5 days.... I complaint everywhere, no one to hear the problem. I am going to change the service provider tomorrow. Bye bye @reliancejio .

    Seriously. It's crazy how zomato/swiggy can connect with 1000s of delivery personnel to resolve customer issue yet Jio customer care is helpless and don't even have anyway to communicate or contact the on ground enggineers. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare How much time it takes to give solution of the complainant? I have sent DM many times from past wek but no resolution has been done? And now my compaint is showing closed? Why ? Shud i knock consumer court doors for this small things? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Priyanka, my phone is already on 5G/4G/3G/2G (Auto). The screenshot confirms Jio True 5G is active. Still, there is 0% improvement. The issue is with your network, not my phone. Please stop repeating queries and fix the network permanently.

    @JioCare I reached support helpdesk 3 times , but no one was able to solve my issue with Jio AX3000 with JioFibre router, please provide proper contact no of your technical team who can resolve the issue around AX3000 and JioHome App #JiouniversalRouter
