Is there any higher authority who can resolve my issue. Past 12days he is saying that amount is initiated but still I have not received. Worst jio service. It was my mistake so that I have chosen jio.

I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

He has refunded only 500rs and for 1000 he is saying that it is in process, but after 8days still I have not received my amount back. Customer care is also worst.
