    @reliancejio @JioCare I m complaining about the network from last 2 months but no body interest to resolve the issue and not taken care by any executive, why should I paying a handsome amount for pathetic service kindly understand ! I will go other level for escalation!!

    @JioCare Till now I have not received my amount. Customer care is not listing. Is there any higher authority who can resolve my issue. Past 12days he is saying that amount is initiated but still I have not received. Worst jio service. It was my mistake so that I have chosen jio.

    @JioCare Before recharge customer get full signal bar and network on mobile, after recharge no network , great marketing funda to loot customer money.

    @JioCare On the name Or price of 4g net we found 20kbps data speed. Which type of this service 😡 I complained about it many times but it didn't resolve till now. Can we swict to another network.

    I am really fed up with @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio my fiber account was disconnected on 7th Aug and till date haven't received the refund amt. I have contacted costumer care multiple time nd i always get a sorry and service request no.Please help. My regstrd no 9425779001

    @JioCare I have taken jio fiber service in trial plan. Jio promised to refund full amount. I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I am a customer of Jio, but for a few days I am having network and net speed problem, I call on customer care and I get the answer that due to using more people's visits at the same time. So, should we assume that there is no solution to this problem!

    @JioCare I had been struggling from last 3 days from the day I paid money for the installation of Jiofiber as the boys who came for installation left it in btwn and when I called them to fix the things properly and complete it they were saying we dont have time to do this-Gwalior

    @JioCare jiofiber has worst service. After worst service when I have requested for disconnection within 1 month. He has refunded only 500rs and for 1000 he is saying that it is in process, but after 8days still I have not received my amount back. Customer care is also worst.

    @raghav_chadha @JioCare We don't stay in India, we have to do unnecessary recharge to remain active of the sim From 3 months I haven't recharge and they deactivate my number and now saying come to India to reactivate your sim, wtf is going on in India and their rules.
