    @reliancejio @JioCare I m complaining about the network from last 2 months but no body interest to resolve the issue and not taken care by any executive, why should I paying a handsome amount for pathetic service kindly understand ! I will go other level for escalation!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare what happened to the jio network internet speed gone slow down 128kb after 9pm to 12am in night all day .. day by day network becoming pathetic making fool to customer 😡😡

    @JioCare jiofiber has worst service. After worst service when I have requested for disconnection within 1 month. He has refunded only 500rs and for 1000 he is saying that it is in process, but after 8days still I have not received my amount back. Customer care is also worst.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your customer care executive does not give proper reply to me why my data exhausted when I didn't use my mobile. I talk two time with ur executive and both of ur executive give same reply that we are unable to help you

    @JioCare I had been struggling from last 3 days from the day I paid money for the installation of Jiofiber as the boys who came for installation left it in btwn and when I called them to fix the things properly and complete it they were saying we dont have time to do this-Gwalior

    @JioCare I have taken jio fiber service in trial plan. Jio promised to refund full amount. I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 125 complaint Still no improvement in #jio network, Kids online classes starting, but kids are not able to take online classes due to very bad jio network, so dont play with kids future, please install tower for smooth online classes and good network

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been a month chasing you guys to collect the assets and refund the security deposit. Pathetic service and every time sending email feeling sorry. May be another #SCAM keeping security deposit for longer time. I have now lost faith in #Jio

    Hey @JioCare few days back i requested to change my prepaid fiber connection into postpaid. Yesterday i got a call from a person who I have to cancel the existing connection and get a new one also ask me for KYC and online payment..is this your procedure..want to confirm

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been calling and requesting for the past 3 days to replace my STB. Your agents keep saying that the issue will be resolved but there is not even an Engineer assigned to my ask. A task this small should not take this much time. Absolutely pathetic!!!

    @Tendilkar @JioCare Sir I am stuck now. Have already have 3 months in advance. And it has not even been a month I have taken a new connection. I am from the service industry. We deal with security systems. And we make sure that service visits and not only attended but also resolved in 24hrs

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?
