    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelJio4g I bought a Jio fibre plan 20 days ago. It includes Internet, Set top box and Landline connection. Now the Landline connection is not working within the duration on 20 days only. Woww what a bad service you are providing

    @JioCare jiofiber has worst service. After worst service when I have requested for disconnection within 1 month. He has refunded only 500rs and for 1000 he is saying that it is in process, but after 8days still I have not received my amount back. Customer care is also worst.

    @JioCare I have taken jio fiber service in trial plan. Jio promised to refund full amount. I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

    @reliancejio Your network is not working even after making continuous calls and complaints for the last one year. If it is to be kept like this then why so many claims and no refund at the end of the month. After connecting many people to Jio, the time has come to separate them.
