@JioCare @reliancejio @RelJio4g I bought a Jio fibre plan 20 days ago. It includes Internet, Set top box and Landline connection. Now the Landline connection is not working within the duration on 20 days only. Woww what a bad service you are providing

@JioCare On making the complaint during hot talk with me one of your executive Mr. Rahul Verma has straight away stated that you may throw away the router box of Jio Fiber from your premises. I do not have any option except to throw away the same.

@JioCare jiofiber has worst service. After worst service when I have requested for disconnection within 1 month. He has refunded only 500rs and for 1000 he is saying that it is in process, but after 8days still I have not received my amount back. Customer care is also worst.

@JioCare I have taken jio fiber service in trial plan. Jio promised to refund full amount. I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

@JioCare Till now I have not received my amount. Customer care is not listing. Is there any higher authority who can resolve my issue. Past 12days he is saying that amount is initiated but still I have not received. Worst jio service. It was my mistake so that I have chosen jio.

@JioCare I have take a new JioFiber connection on 28Feb21 under 30 days trial offer and have to cancel it due to technical reasons on 19Mar21 and my device has picked up on 02Apr21. Now as on today 06Apr21 I got refund of ₹500 instead of & ₹1500 As per rule i should get ₹1500

@JioCare never ever use Jio internet. Airtel is far better than Jio. Their service is Top notch quality. My internet is not working from last 3 days but nobody had visited or called after raising complain. Technician will close your complain without visiting your place.

@reliancejio @JioCare finally one conclusion you defrauding customer by giving false advertisement of 1 month trial fibrenet. Get it installed on 4 April, reinstalled on 5th April still not properly installed. Engineer scheduled for 5th April then for 6th April now for 8th apr.
