He has refunded only 500rs and for 1000 he is saying that it is in process, but after 8days still I have not received my amount back. Customer care is also worst.

No progress has been made so far. Request cancel the order and refund booing amount with Rs 50,000 compensation.

Tried reaching out to @JioCare for support but all they want me to do is wait till the end of the day. The tech asks me to share my jio login details or he won't work on my request.
