I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

I faced a "No Internet Connection" issue, and despite raising complaints multiple times, it took 10–15 days for a technician to visit. Instead of fixing the issue, I was advised to apply for a new connection.

There is no proper support and the app is completely useless. Either fix my connection or disconnect it.
