    @JioCare I had been struggling from last 3 days from the day I paid money for the installation of Jiofiber as the boys who came for installation left it in btwn and when I called them to fix the things properly and complete it they were saying we dont have time to do this-Gwalior

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been a month chasing you guys to collect the assets and refund the security deposit. Pathetic service and every time sending email feeling sorry. May be another #SCAM keeping security deposit for longer time. I have now lost faith in #Jio

    @JioCare employees of this outlet keep sitting idol as they hardly get a customer in an hour, and whey anybody want to come for help to tell them to come later... as this area comes under rural ,so nobody complaint them.

    Hey @JioCare few days back i requested to change my prepaid fiber connection into postpaid. Yesterday i got a call from a person who I have to cancel the existing connection and get a new one also ask me for KYC and online payment..is this your procedure..want to confirm

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have tried calling you people for my Jio Postpaid bill related issues but you hang up every time after listening to issue. My call was forwarded to Ms. Sonali, Floor Supervisor but she disconnected it. Please look into this issue and arrange a call back.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare I am a customer of Jio, but for a few days I am having network and net speed problem, I call on customer care and I get the answer that due to using more people's visits at the same time. So, should we assume that there is no solution to this problem!

    @JioCare On making the complaint during hot talk with me one of your executive Mr. Rahul Verma has straight away stated that you may throw away the router box of Jio Fiber from your premises. I do not have any option except to throw away the same.

    @JioCare More than 15 days of my subscription has gone in network down maintenance and again I get these messages why I am not given validity extension Our services will be down on June 9th from 12 AM to 4 AM & on June 10th from 4 AM to 7.30 AM for maintenance.

    Is it just me, or has Jio internet transitioned from 5G speeds back to the loading times of the early 2000s dial-up era? @JioCare, running diagnostics repeatedly isn't fixing this sluggish connection, so please restore the high-speed network we are paying for.

    @JioCare We are at Monday end !! Why was I charged before service was provided ?? Rather if you cannot stand by the commitment at least return the money back. You can’t hold the money back without promised service

    @JioCare @reliancejio Finally I decided to discontinue with jio fibre, For the last 6 days I followed up with the team but no results, i just called the local operator and they immediately installed the fibre line in 2 hrs only, jio people must learn from them how to give service to customers.
