    @JioCare Till now I have not received my amount. Customer care is not listing. Is there any higher authority who can resolve my issue. Past 12days he is saying that amount is initiated but still I have not received. Worst jio service. It was my mistake so that I have chosen jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare #jio still no network after 100 complaints, even heavy call drop and voice fluctuation, very very bad internet speed please Please install tower 🗼 Kids are not able to take online classes

    @JioCare jiofiber has worst service. After worst service when I have requested for disconnection within 1 month. He has refunded only 500rs and for 1000 he is saying that it is in process, but after 8days still I have not received my amount back. Customer care is also worst.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been a month chasing you guys to collect the assets and refund the security deposit. Pathetic service and every time sending email feeling sorry. May be another #SCAM keeping security deposit for longer time. I have now lost faith in #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio 125 complaint Still no improvement in #jio network, Kids online classes starting, but kids are not able to take online classes due to very bad jio network, so dont play with kids future, please install tower for smooth online classes and good network

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet speed on your network sucks, even unable to do a speed test while using the phone in Gwalior 474011. Full network indoor and outdoors. Kindly suggest

    @JioCare I have taken jio fiber service in trial plan. Jio promised to refund full amount. I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

    I don't know why but there isn't any option in my jio app to get rid of jiofiber subscription. Installation is quick but problem resolution is not. @JioCare just doesn't care! You get to chat with a bot which asks you irrelavant questions always. Pls help @JioCare

    @JioCare After 4 days, the issue got resolved. Someone disconnected our connection from outside. The engineer came and added the connection again.

    @JioCare As mentioned earlier, the issue is with vpn and Google sheets on my macbook. They get disconnected frequently.
