@JioCare @reliancejio Hi, Jio is not working in the area Mahadula, koradi Nagpur region from past 2 days. Though network is fluctuating so we are able to make calls in between but there is no sign of internet from past 2 days! Please look into this!

@JioCare My internet has been down since 4 days. Have raised multiple requests which are closed without any resolution. Engineers havent done anything! Request id: SR0000198GM6 and SR0000196W62. Immediately process refund of installation charges, deposit and monthly balance!!!

@JioCare So, without replacing the defective router, without doing anything, Jio is telling that the problem is resolved! Shameful that Jio has such poor customer service! No senior gets involved, just untrained and unqualified technicians make phone calls
