I didn’t received the jio coupon for mi 10i mobile as promised by @XiaomiIndia and @JioCare While contacting customer care they said there is no offer for mi mobiles from their side.....what the fu*k is this @JioCare , don’t you have any other business than cheating customers😡

@JioCare Unfortunately there is no resolution provided.. No customer service is this poor!! Firstly you charge a wrong bill amount.. Then you can't fix it for 13 days.. And you don't even care to respond!! I will want to file a complaint against jio as well @ConsumerCom
