@JioCare there is very poor connection of internet on my phone I can make calls but when i use internet its very slow or not working mobile data is also on and this problem is in just one of the room of my house rest every wer the internt is working proper

@JioCare @reliancejio We are facing issue with no Network in our area last 2 to 3 months. I raised many complaints but no result we received from your team. Every time tarikha pe tarikha to resolved your issue. So my humble request to resolved this issue within a week.

@JioCare But previously i wasn't facing this issue i used to get good internet speed (upto 4-5 MBPS). It's just 5 days now that I've started facing this issue . & Also the network tower in my locality goes down after a powercut & the network drops . All I'm saying is just try to fix this.

@reliancejio the worst and pathetic service ever experienced, have Opt for JIO Postpaid Family Plan and when I upgraded the plan the outgoing call service of my family member who were added in family plan were blocked.They are not able to do calls even after complaining.

@JioCare Disappointed with the service of Jio Care, we had requested for cancelling the service . It has been more than 10 days since our request & even after several reminders the Jio team has not picked up their device & have not refunded the deposit. CC seems clueless
