@JioCare @reliancejio in 1 month jiofibernet crashed thrice. I am just fed up with zero quality and everytime customercare has no explanationto the problem. Kindly refund all my money and take back ur crap modem and set top box.

@JioCare now only come to know while trouble shooting internet speed issue with Jio support live chat person (vivek) that there is some issue in chembur area n some services are down n will take approx 10 hrs to restore, hope it will resolve before estimated time. @JioChat

@JioCare @reliancejio Facing issue of internet connection since evening. Jio care number keeps on hold and then says sorry cannot serve you now. Technicians visit the building and disturb existing connection. Worst service experience...repeatedly. Unable to book ticket as well..

@reliancejio My experience with Jio dongles is poor. The speed is not good enough as the claim. The pre on post top up is convenient to recharge but does not deliver at all.

@reliancejio @GoogleIndia The worst customer service I received is from jio. I did recharge of 555. The amount got cut from bank but recharge didn't go through. It has been 8 days and every day the customer service says wait for 48 hours. Clear thieves and fraudsters. People should get jailed for this

Pathetic #jio, untrained staff.. Was using it without issues for a long time. The first time I had to use support, saw what an absolute useless support they have. 2 calls , one stopped responding other disconnected in between.. without a resolution. @reliancejio
