Hey @reliancejio my internet is down since Saturday. It's literally costing me money as there we're all working from home. Every time I call they're saying "we're assigning an engineer to visit" but that doesn't happen. Please help resolve this.

@JioCare @reliancejio after telling me to give my jio and alternate number. No body contacts.. issue is still not fixed. It seems people in customer care only work when they get a port msg. Our entire building is facing this issue but i guess a few customers don't matter to jio.

@JioCare have been jio prepaid customer for 2 yrs. changed my plan last week and suddenly all my daily data limit of 2GB exhausts in couple of hours. Usage hasn’t increased and earlier my daily limit was 2GB which never exhausted. Jio is trying sell booster packs etc.
