Internet + TV and telephone line is dead from last evening.. been 14hrs still awaiting the engineer visit. my local internet guy use to fix issues in just half an hour.

But it has increased customer frustration of not being able to resolve simple issues. Given abundance of low cost labour, pity that more staff are not hired.

And said wait 24 to 48hrs.
