Since yesterday #JioFiber is not working. Can't get through to their WA support, neither the chat or their support number get through. How to contact them ? @JioCare . I get All "our advisors are currently busy" forget to recharge even for a day get disconnected immediately.

Pathetic Quality and Pathetic Speed @JioCare @reliancejio. After being promised auto upgrade to 300Mbps I am not even getting 100. Upload speed is 20. Horrible stability.

@reliancejio @JioCare why do u say tht the first month is complimentary for all new connections and post the payment send me an invoice saying that the refund for the device is 500 n monthly internet is 1000 & I will get this full refund only if I cancel the plan in first month

.@reliancejio has been giving me speeds of less than 1mbps on a 500mbps connection, their engineer missed the scheduled visit without notice or getting in touch and now I can't get ahold of their customer care on the phone or live-chat. What a shitshow.

@JioCare Why do I get less than 20 mbps speed on 2.4 ghz wifi and 130+ mbps speed on 5 ghz wifi? I have logged a service request as well. But your team Directly marked it as resolved. I am still facing the issue.

@rajat7040 @reliancejio @JioCare I do see unlimited data of 3.22 TB However the customer care exec told once 500gb is consumed the other plan will be activated which is not going to happen technically aw again at month end 500Gb will be credited

Requesting all people, please don't fall for @reliancejio as their service is pathetic. They take one day to respond to tweet initially. The enginner never comes, despite 48 hr assurance. Who can wait for 48 hrs for internet services to be restored in this era of WFH? @rsprasad

@Airtel_Presence Seems like an organization wide problem with @airtelindia, not only with the broadband business, it exists in the dth business as well. New customer gets priority over existing customers. No wonder @reliancejio is making such inroads in the indian market
