    @JioCare I paid 46/- rupees on 8th Dec 2020 and it shows deemed. Till now that price is not refund to me or processed to the Merchant’s account. Regarding this issue I sent a mails to service care on 12th Dec 2020 and I’m not getting any reply from there yet. Kindly look on this matter.

    This was a mistakenly given feedback @airtelindia has worst services in #Kashmir. They hardly care about the customer complaints. @JioCare is way too a better option

    @JioCare I purchased the connection in October start and requested cancellation before a month duration. I called helpline numbers and got service request numbers and assurance that I will get update in 24 hours but after many days too, I didn't get a update and refund....

    @JioCare Planning to shift from airtel to Jio Fibre 3 request via JIO app sent, 0 responses. Unresolved concerns on this page. How good might the support and service be? Having serious second thoughts now. I doubt if shifting from current provider would be a wise decision 🤔
