@JioCare No internet on my Jio Fiber since afternoon. Silver Plan valid till 9th September. More than 400 GB left. Customer care executives busy whole day even after waiting for 20 minutes on call?? Will this resolve??

@JioCare @reliancejio Your service is going from bad to worse. So many call drops, Unavailability of network and such slow 4G internet speeds makes me want to switch over to my previous provider 😡 😡

@JioCare @reliancejio your #jiomart service is very bad. Order placed on 6th and from the promised date of deliver the date has been extending daily and today i called your call centre to cancel the order and they confirmed the request and finally the material is delivered.

@JioCare I understand having issues but I’ve not seen one single effort from your part to resolve the issue. Each call says an engineer will be appointed and nothing happens. Don’t expect this from y’all.

@haimadeshpande @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio 100 Rs per month main itna hi milega !! Issue is not JIO or Vodafone issue is unrealistic rate.. ppls buy 50K iphone but want 100 Rs per month plan.. I am not saying for you but in general I have seen ppls even not ready to pay 50 rs per month extra & buy new phone every year..

@JioCare I request you so many times to provide jio fibre in my city but you didn't listen...even i was also agreed to pay double the charges but you didn't listen....now I lost my job because of poor internet connectivity. I asked myself why wouldn't I go with airtel?
