    @JioCare Hi i am jio postpaid customer not able to use internet. And when i try to raise the issue in my jio app the just told me to there are large number of user is using internet, that is not my fault why i change me location to use internet i have paid for it.

    I have connection with jiofiber facing network issue. I have called at least 4 time since yesterday night but still problem is not resolved they have told that engineer with reach at 2pm but no one have came.@JioCare

    @JioCare Respect sir, we are retailer selling recharge every company.only jio recharge gone jio data network complasary. Other network recharge done easily but jio recharge gave problem. Request that provide data free to retailer.

    @reliancejio @exploreIMC It's been about 3 years since a jio tower has been erected in my village bt it's not commissioned yet. And on enquiry we get the same reply wait for 15 days we will solve your problem .Look into that first

    1 week since #JioFiber down for all residents in my building, no response despite reminders. Rather, got autoclosure message asking for feedback. Repeated response on toll free. Is this what world-class 5G service is supposed to be? @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    (1) @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_gigafiber ..Recently got Jio fiber..Asked Salesman add gst and he said it can be done later..He onboarded me as individual and not SMB customer..Now your customer service keeps apologising that I cannot add GST to my account.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why is internet so slow... I mean usually it's around 1-2 Mbps today's menu is special at 15-20 Kbps with special cameo over 50 kbps. Vishnu Shivam Towers, Kandivali East, Thakur Village.

    @JioCare It's da 3rd day since problems started on 12th July evening 10pm. Even now, no solution. Internet screwed up and now even calls are difficult. All Jio customers have paid for the plan in advance. I demand compensation for days lost & not providing services as promised. @PMOIndia
