@JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

@BollywoodGandu @NitinMarwah @JioCare They won't even given 2 hoots about ur Order once done. One advice though, Just cancel ur order. Had faced the same issue post ordering. Cancelled the order and was refunded within 2 days.

@JioCare Service request raised for service down as engineer came to fix something and disturbed existing connection. When called customer care was told that engineer availability is tomorrow morning. So i am left without connection for no fault of mine. Sr request: SR00001183ZS

So I am very frustrated by the service of Jio Mart when I ordered the groceries they said they will deliver by 2 days but the order never arrived I tried contacting customer service but no response I requested for a call back no response form there too. @JioCare @SMARTStore_IN

After that I even sent them mail no response again. I even pinged @JioCare for help they said not to worry we are hear to help but didn't . And the worst thing you can't even track your order from Jio Mart Website after I went through all of this they sent me mail.

Within 10 days 3 complains are raised &closed but nothing has been improved talked to customer care they cut the call or puts on hold without informing or will say we are raising new complaint what's the use of complain it will closed in 1 week without getting resolved @JioCare
