Now they are saying that we don't have any options for the redeem your losses. It means customer is nothing for @reliancejio . I am thankful they just provide service after 12 days they can take also whole life and can say that "sorry sir, we can't do anything this is our policy"

@sarojvss38 @JioCare dude in today's scenario, @reliancejio & @airtelindia is best... whatever internet stuff u r watching is just because of jio as they came with their cheapest internet packs when other network providers were charging ₹250/1GB 3G 👏🏼 kudos Jio 🎉🎊

Dear #India, Do not take nor buy any @reliancejio service. They are fake and deceive people. They are just robbing people without any service. I purchased the service on 4th Oct and they rendered the service on 16th Oct without filling any losses of 12 days.

@JioCare Called many times your customer care number but gets same reply. Engineer has not visited yet. My office work is hampering but customer care has no concern. Last time in July , Engineer came after 3 days. Indore like big city has such pathetic condition of Jio fiber.

@JioCare An engineer visited thanks for that Smiling face with smiling eyes, but the problem is still not resolved, this is a hardware issue, if possible then i would want to change my jio stb, because it's still lagging and restarting in some even after hard reset.
