    @JioCare @reliancejio I have purchased a jiofi device for better internet access. But now i wish to return my jiofi because of poor internet speed. I had to take other operator plan despite having 3gb perday plan because of this poor connectivity. #poornetwork #jioservices

    Now they are saying that we don't have any options for the redeem your losses. It means customer is nothing for @reliancejio . I am thankful they just provide service after 12 days they can take also whole life and can say that "sorry sir, we can't do anything this is our policy"

    Dear #India, Do not take nor buy any @reliancejio service. They are fake and deceive people. They are just robbing people without any service. I purchased the service on 4th Oct and they rendered the service on 16th Oct without filling any losses of 12 days.

    Hi @airtelindia one of your sales representative has done fraud with me, he sold me a connection of fiber and postpaid bundling with Airtel black at 590/month but 121 customer care they are saying plan is of 1060/month . Regretting the decision to port from @reliancejio @JioCare

    The town with the worst internet from @reliancejio even after many complains from long period of time, nobody is there to listen. Here most of the people uses @reliancejio and have struggle to use internet everyday and willing to switch to other operator if the problem is same.

    @JioCare The company does not take care of customer complaints. The company does not want to provide service only for the amount. Keep recharging The company is coming to the door end network, nor is the speed coming in the outdoor network. What is the company looking for?

    @reliancejio it's been a while Ive noticed a sudden decline in the jio network . The net speed has eventually slowed down irrespective of good network range and data pack. Do look into the matter and try to fix the net speed .Not the kind of experience customer looks for.

    @JioCare I called Jio Care after 2 days. This time they created a ticket, and a support person came. They tried to install a new STB, and it did not work. Now they gave me the original installation person's manager's number and asked "me" to follow up !
