I humbly state that in a radius of 1 Km from Mustra railway station,Jhansi, there are around 10000 people residing and majority is a using services of Jio network.

Atleast from your side dealing backend or support team should put fix timeline rather than leaving open timeline that is causing never ending refund issue. This is not complex issue but with no benchmark set it become who cares issue
