    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio worst customer service. Took fiber connection 3 days back now wiring got improper. The service person contacted did not come to fix it and is very rude. Seems staff of illiterate people hired. Jio u r losing ur repo just coz of ur illetrate staff.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Do we have any update on the issue we are facing or you people also need 1 or 2 week to reply. No one bother to resolve the issue, pathetic customer service experience by Jio, porting to other network is the only option left, Thank u for wasting our money & time.

    @JioCare Check message everything has been there and issue remains the same which you people are not resolving, I will go to every extent for it be it TRAI or consumer court you have to resolve or accept your fault in writing Check DM previous messages
