  @JioCare @reliancejio finally after the 12th call, an engg visited only to inform us what we already knew, the item is faulty. Called @JioCare again, only to be forced to visit the service center. Which my dad retired dad did. After 4.5 hours , they gave another seal opened item

  @JioCare I have DM my phone number. Let me see how soon you can solve my problem and get me the refund. If I call the customer care, they listen to whole story and disconnect the call and never call back. If again I call then some other receives and again tell story.

  @JioCare I have messaged my register number. I want to know what exactly is watsapp customer care telephonic service centre email service centre role in resolving issues. I should get compensation for your failure as I have lost 4 days salary which is equivalent to 30k. Solve it asap
