Prateek Tripathy (@prateek061577) reported@JioCare I have raised a complaint on 7th April but by now problem has not been resolved. In my area all cables have been broken due to thunderstorm. All other companies like @airtelindia @excitel broadband has solve this issue within two days but jio is not able to solve problem
