    @trai team jio forced me to change my router when I made a complaint for the same issue earlier. Now when they have successfully changed the router, the issue persist & @JioCare is now unresponsive. Please resolve my issue.

    @JioCare Rubbish! You are a bunch of crooks, out there to make money from wrong means. An account which has been inactive for more than 2 yrs, you really want me to believe, that a recharge was successful on that? & why is it such a task to talk to a senior exec? I only sense crap here!

    Worst ever network provider @reliancejio @JioCare . Not even whatsApp msgs are delivered. Maximum speed observed is 5kbps in the last 14 days.

    @JioCare Good after sir/madam I am unable to call Or receive from other because of network issue which I am facing today from 1pm to till now. I am also talk to customer care but she told me that every thing is fine there is no issue. Please resolved this issue asap.

    @JioCare Nausheen no one has come only for the issue. Already briefed about it. The engineer had fooled me and took Otp and said He will come on my time. He didn't turn up. And I have received the sms that issue has been resolved.

    @JioCare I have consistently complaint about internet service which I get not any solution from jio it is the worst network in India so i am porting it.

    I m unable to recharge my Jio number , whenever I recharge the amount gets credited as Bill. Is it a deliberate attempt to cheat customers or any technical issue @JioCare @reliancejio
