    @JioCare @reliancejio Response on fiber booking is not good. We have to follow up the connection was booked for yesterday but they postponed to tomorrow. No response on the calls. It's been 2days better we change to other and cancel this.

    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare facing network issue since 5days.. called multiple times to customer care.. they informed that engineer will come in next 2hours whenever I called but no one reached and still I'm facing issue. Such a pathetic service. Need to change the service provider

    @JioCare Dear team, the request was raised on 04 june and appointment date is of 12 june 2022. Is this is the service which you are providing to customers.. Till the time why I will suffer..?? I m. Not able to use internet from june 07..

    @JioCare What is this nonsense.. too many times i sent my all details in DM but everytime new executive came and demanded details again n again. I request to TRAI for taking a Actions against JIO for this type of behavior against my complaint. @TRAI

    @JioCare Alas, my lord, I want to tell you that I have not received such an answer since Jio Network India came, so your team has been working till now, they have not found any solution as to why the network does not come to my house. I have to say is send your network team to my house.

    @JioCare your services are really bad. I have raised 5 complaints already and there is no sign of resolution. Your customer service isn't capable of anything. Will never recommend your services to anyone.
