    @reliancejio I am facing very slow internet speed. Your pathetic helpline keeps on telling me that there is a congestion in network which causes slow internet experience. When I ask them about the timeline in which it will get fixed. They said we can’t commit. #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare West Patel New Delhi store. Worst customer service, manager avoid meeting customer, local regional head don't pick up the phone. Rude & novice staff. Big blot on Jio image and responsible for declining popularity

    @JioCare Just for everyone's knowledge.. no resolution was provided. It was admitted by JIO that there is a limit of 3300 GB for every plan, and even then it is mentioned as Unlimited.

    @JioCare Rather than that ask me 2 websites where the internet works properly!! 1; jio website 2; google search. It is that much slow in every other apps n websites tht even an UPI takes 15mins!!

    @JioCare I have Prepaid SIM registered on Maharashtra circle but as I have now travelled to J&K and not knowing outside J&K SIM is not operative in J&K , I wanted to convert it into Postpaid Number but not getting any help from customer service.

    DISAPPOINTED I'm really disappointed with the service of jio .. I brought my samsung watch series 3 and want to connect LTE jio everywhere service... I tried to connect customer service but didn't get any response and even jio store didn't know about it #reliancejio #jio
