@JioCare please fix the speed problem of my area i.e. uttar pradesh..kaimganj. farrukhabad moh.. The speed is getting slow day by day if this problem continues than I have to switch on Airtel or some other company but I don't wanna lose this so please fix it @reliancejio

In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare both side. internet slow or even below 2G till yesterday complain to you inspite of complains to jio customer care on call...was forced to wake late night to get some speed, we need very offen airplane mode or phone on/off to get some speed in day time as it becomes 2G in daytime

@JioCare I am on an Annual jiofibre plan. My jiofibre connection is down since 9:00 pm yesterday, and i am being directed to your automated voice assistant when i try to contact Jiocare at 1800 896 9999. No use even after restarting the jiofibre router.

@JioCare is really doesnt care about its customer. Nowdays it took 1 min to just a send simple message on whatsapp. Jio Tower is just 40 meters from my home. Maybe it was my bad that I had portout from @Airtel_Presence thinking tower is in my farm so internet speed will be great

@JioCare - I really had a horrible experience at 2 Jio care centre when I went to port my numbers you should train your employees on how to talk with customers literally ignores the customer sho have queries. Jio care Kurla West & Jio Care Chembur East ( chembur station ).

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm feeling helpless here. Even the sales guy is helpless. Customer care is useless. I have never seen such incompetence in corporate world. I'll be sure to bring it up in the next shareholders meeting of Reliance Industries.
