    In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare please fix the speed problem of my area i.e. uttar pradesh..kaimganj. farrukhabad moh.. The speed is getting slow day by day if this problem continues than I have to switch on Airtel or some other company but I don't wanna lose this so please fix it @reliancejio

    @JioCare Very poor customer service is yours. Till now there is no solution and no call has come from your side. You have trapped the customer in your woven web. Live might have to leave.😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare Such a pathetic service for Jio-Fiber A/C no.- +916513554652. No internet from past 1 hour. Customer care not reachable. Initially very slow speed and now no internet. Poorest customer service!!
