@JioCare please fix the speed problem of my area i.e. uttar pradesh..kaimganj. farrukhabad moh.. The speed is getting slow day by day if this problem continues than I have to switch on Airtel or some other company but I don't wanna lose this so please fix it @reliancejio

Don’t you feel shame that you have stopped replying to my messages since last Sunday. Your sales guy is also not picking up calls. This has happened with me for the 2nd time. Each time, the issue was same and there was serious delays in sorting out the issue. Chk ur DM @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare #Jio5GS20FE5G My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct the issue, enable 5G.

Airtel has worst network service with compared to JIO…. Before 3 months i have switched to Airtel from Jio . But airtel is more worst than jio. @airtelindia I am coming back to JIO soon @JioCare @reliancejio

@utsavtechie @JioCare 5G is just for namesake. They can't even provide proper network connectivity & 4g data within a city like Bengaluru.
