@JioCare please fix the speed problem of my area i.e. uttar pradesh..kaimganj. farrukhabad moh.. The speed is getting slow day by day if this problem continues than I have to switch on Airtel or some other company but I don't wanna lose this so please fix it @reliancejio

Very pathetic service of Jio app, I tried to recharge my Jio number from app and trying to made the payment from paytm and app throws an error 404 and thought that something went wrong so I again tried and made a payment through UPI and again it throws an error 404 @reliancejio

@JioCare Now they aak u to send private message so that they dont get insulted publicly. After I shared my details this fellow Shridhar gave me the same reaponse as the customer care and d engineers who visited. So the conclusion is they are also useless and haven’t given me any solution
