    @JioCare please fix the speed problem of my area i.e. uttar pradesh..kaimganj. farrukhabad moh.. The speed is getting slow day by day if this problem continues than I have to switch on Airtel or some other company but I don't wanna lose this so please fix it @reliancejio

    @JioCare Pathetic customer segice agents you guys have, I called on 21st May and went through whole troubleshooting, associate said that he has arranged for an engineer visit who will come in next 24 hours . No one came and now I have been told no record is found.

    @JioCare But at the time of booking connection your team committed that installation will be done in 72 hrs. You are changing time only of installation. Last month also I had to cancel Jio fiber connection due to delay in installation 17 days. Ref connection no NO0000H5BYEX

    @JioCare Pls recheck the assigned engineer is on leave or not. From 4days I'm listening this news only. Your service is really worst compared to any other internet providers in #India. Pls make sure about this.
