In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

@NamanMi54742929 @JioCare They doesn't care about customer problem . I was waiting for resolution from last 2 years but they just copy paste and asking same thing again and again. Even @DoT_India was not asking them to resolve the problem .i am very sure they will ask me the exact location , issue again.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND With the same infrastructure @reliancejio provides fibre internet in a new area in not more than 1 month. You have laid your fibre network about 4 months ago and you still have not provided a connection.
