In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Pathetic customer care very unfriendly attitide . Even after paying the due these people wont adjust the amount saying that you paid after bill has been generated . Harassment at its peak .Never buy any Jio product

@JioCare Just Made DM You are give fake promises When I go to other place other than my town the network is strong when I come near my house The customer care is telling there is more user of jio . Just do something without compliant or suggestions

@reliancejio @JioCare order no. NO0000PCRR5H , Poor service by jio at Kalani Nagar, Indore. I shared them, I am a working professional, available after 7 pm. They are just rescheduling my connection. It's a harassment. Poor customer service by Jio,lack of audits lead this.

@JioCare Now jio network is slow and tower up and down. Henceforth I loss Rs --400/ when I recharge my UST R wallet. IPPB fraudly cut 400/- but I can't recharge Uts of Rail. I pay and recharge jio for 1 year with high value. But why I can't get service? Why low tower??
