    @JioCare Very poor customer service is yours. Till now there is no solution and no call has come from your side. You have trapped the customer in your woven web. Live might have to leave.😡

    In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I understand the offer cannot be restored once cancelled. That is completely fine with me. I no longer want the Amazon Prime Lite subscription through Jio. Please proceed with cancelling/disabling it from my account. I need a proper resolution.

    Hi team @JioCare @reliancejio Recently i moved to Hyderabad but here a new problem i am facing whenever there is a power cut signal drops from 5g to lte and it doesnt work cant even send a message on whtsapp i dont ifs just me or anyone else … please resolve this asap
