  In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare I’ve been facing internet issues for months. You'll confirmed there’s a problem in my area and assured me it’s being fixed. You’re charging the full plan amount while providing little more than calling services. @TRAI - Please look into it.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for a jio fiber connection on Aug 5th. One agent came and made me pay for 1 year. Not got the connection nor KYC or cancellation. The guy tells that he wont come and set it right and that i can give police complaint. His mobile no is 7348936339
