    @JioCare How many time you will ask for the same. 2 person came from jio at my home thier cell was also not responding with the jio.they accept that the network is very slow here, and he advised me for fast network make a call and hold it then I will get fast network what the rubbish

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have purchased jio phone 3 yrs back, that time there was offer to return jio phone after 3 yrs and get 1500 rs security back. I tried to get information from Jio store but they denied......please help me to get that 1500 rs back i want to return jiophone

    @JioCare How long I have to wait. I will complaint to consumer court regarding this first time I have booked done payment then same was problem was there no one came to my house for installation then I cancelled the booking .That cancellation booking still not refund to me .

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @JioMart i got call from ur executive on tue-wed who ensured ur query will b resolved in 48hrs it's been more than 84hrs ur still making calculation mistake instead of providing me the refund. Will u still say we care for customer.....😒

    @JioCare I had called the customer care around 6 days back and asked for relocation. They told jio team will call me the next day, but after waiting for 4 days no call back from them. Yesterday again I called them,they are asking to raise request on portal. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio yesterday placed an request to install jio fiber at our home an executive visited said he is placing an order we paid 4240.92 rs. for Six months postpaid plan but after payment Engineer came and told us there is a technical problem wtf ye toh phle btana tha
