Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. Customer service executives cutting calls without assisting! complaint no SR00003D4MoH. My bank also failed to charge back.
