In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

Pathetic service by @reliancejio. Got fiber on 6th Feb, and net hasn't been working. Raised return req & connection was suspended, but even after innumerable calls router hasn't been picked up & our money is stuck. BUNCH OF CHEATERS, LIARS @reliancejio with 0 post sale support

@bhumika_t @Airtel_Presence @JioCare If your in Mumbai I will suggest use Vodafone Idea as your Celluar Network. It has no Traffic in Mumbai areas, with good spectrum usage. Has 50 Mhz only, but works like 70 MHz.

@Mohit23114937 @JioCare They forced me 2-3 times to change to postpaid. They also told me about the same 2 months free offer. I straightaway refused. Billing is a big headache in postpaid. So, facing no issues regarding jiofiber.
