    @JioCare please fix the speed problem of my area i.e. uttar pradesh..kaimganj. farrukhabad moh.. The speed is getting slow day by day if this problem continues than I have to switch on Airtel or some other company but I don't wanna lose this so please fix it @reliancejio

    @JioCare @DoT_India Same standard reply over and over again. Where is the ticket id/complaint number? I'll not let people from Jio in my home without a proper issues ticket id. Why are you guys not giving the complaint number and still waiting the same standard reply again and again?

    @JioCare @JioCare still everytime you guys giving new date and if my pickup of the box will not happen till 22may you guys won't give me refund of rs 1500 that is all jio want that he don't have to pay to the customer.And everytime rescheduling my pickup date. callme
