    @reliancejio I have registered my complaint twice or thrice but my network issue hasn't been resolved. Signal goes abruptly at anytime in a day and comes back after many hours. I have 3 different handsets, same issue with all of them. Worse, it's happening in big city like Delhi.

    @JioCare I just got a call from mobile no : 9832655403 . Was saying that I am calling with Jio Customer Care. We need your laptop or mobile remote anydesk to install jio server. Was this a fake call, do your engineers ask for our laptop or Mobile on the remote?

    @JioCare So, if there are multiple users your services will be disrupted, what sort of absurd logic is that! You have been making the same excuse for last many months, better stop terming your pathetic service as 4G. @TRAI does this response of a service provider absolve them of lying?
