@reliancejio Sim home delivery service is only gimmick. Orders are cancelled by executives without visiting customer's location if delivery code is not provided on phone . May be reliance jio doesn't want customers anymore.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing lots of trouble in my Jio Network. Problems like call drop, slow internet from last 30 days. Whenever i call jio coustomer service, your agent always says it's a temporary issue, but it has completed 1 month, why you service is becoming so worst?

@JioCare Have been frustrated calling your call centre since SundaY afternoon for WiFi not working. 7 calls and 7 different times for the service engineer visit. No clarity , Agents unwilling to escalate to seniors or provide an escalation matrix. SR000191HQR
