    In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare please fix the speed problem of my area i.e. uttar pradesh..kaimganj. farrukhabad moh.. The speed is getting slow day by day if this problem continues than I have to switch on Airtel or some other company but I don't wanna lose this so please fix it @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am cancelling Order- NO0001DEM4QM. After a month of waiting, endless follow-ups, closed complaints, "wait 24 hours" responses and no installation, I've lost all confidence in your service. Have some shame and stop making customers wait for something you cannot deliver.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioStb Kindly refer the request ID CO0001SV7R1V and assign engineer to install STB, if you and your team is not enough capable to provide service on time then why you guys took 5 month advance from your customers? Please install the STB today itself.

    @reliancejio My Jio Fibre Connection is lost since Saturday, and you people have failed to give any resolution for this long. I had a service visit today, but it also got changed to tomorrow. I pay you for 30 days, so why are you not giving service for only 30-25 days?

    @JioCare I need urgent help with my JioFiber. Only YouTube is working on my JioFiber TV—no other apps or services are loading. I've tried calling customer care multiple times but can't get through to anyone. Please look into this. I can DM my registered number.

    @JioCare generic updates. As a customer, I have already completed KYC and made the payment in good faith. I expect either a confirmed installation date with all required materials available or an immediate cancellation and refund.(2/2)

    @JioCare Hello JioCare, This is extremely frustrating. First, my installation was delayed, and now I have received a notification stating that my connection has been put on hold due to a wiring issue. On top of that, the order status is no longer visible.

    My internet in knuhadi,kota has been down for 8 hours now. The contact person who was working in it says that don't recharge going forward as we can't give you service.. is that true and is that how customer is left in the middle of the ongoing plan @JioCare

    @JioCare @TRAI : Jio doesn't care for customers just wanted to make money by false promises and never ever turn back. Paid for 300mbps but only get 40mbps. They never bother. Pathetic experience
