In my town jio network so weak since last six month. Even 2G is better than jio 4G. Customers complaining continuously but no action taken yet. Recharge packs going waste. Is jio is going to enhance it's network or we switch to other Network? Plz confirm @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio As usual JIO showing true color.last 5 days requested connection, paid money NO0000G9J40D yesterday. Called 1 PM today requesting to complete installation by 5 PM as need to go out, at 6 PM no one arrived.LAST 2 YEARS AIRTEL USER & THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN SERVICE

@JioCare Unfortunately there is no resolution provided.. No customer service is this poor!! Firstly you charge a wrong bill amount.. Then you can't fix it for 13 days.. And you don't even care to respond!! I will want to file a complaint against jio as well @ConsumerCom
