    @reliancejio I have paid 365 days plan, however the network is bad I can’t talk to my son over video call, customer care says the network is weak and they don’t know by when it would be rectified. I want to change my network pls refund the amount prorated or solve the issue.

    @reliancejio pagal bna rahe ho... Neither of your customer support telling where the charge has been settled and where they used my security. If I had pending bill amount how my number ported from postpaid to prepaid. Do something and give me solution.
