For 1 year my speed is not more than 50kbps. and they call themselves best network. if this best, then **** this network.

Hello there @VodafoneIN. Just wanted to know what are steps for porting my jio number to ur network. Because @JioCare is foolish is from last year regarding betterment of thier network but instead it's keep getting worse. So I want to port my jio into vodafone.Waiting for reply.

Not a single hope has left for us from jio. Pls @DoT_India @TRAI do something pls. 4g speed is ±50kbps from @JioCare. Instead of improving they just fool us by major some dumb excuses. If u guys who are responsible for these activities not listen .idk where to complain. HELP US !

If someone is calling C support, they always believe what is there on screen. Not the person who's calling. They don't have enough time like we just want to **** on the phone with them as we have time. @JioCare sometimes what u see doesn't mean it is true. Learn this .

I don't know what kind of service is providing by the Jio...i have sim card with jio operator and tried to recharge 3 times (i.e 555/- plan 2 days ago, 98/- plan 2 days ago and today again tried with 98/- plan) and still it is not showing any active recharge plan. @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I received an SMS from Jio advising to return the JioPhone to the nearest Jio retail store. My Jio phone completed 36months 2days ago. I went to the store but they denied to take it back. They mocked & misbehaved. Is this how Jio plays with customers? Help!

@JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio Three month recharge of 599 2GB. For past few days internet is not working. All 2Gb data got struct. All unsed data should be returned to customer immediately. I feel like jio has made me fool like money taken but no service.
