If someone is calling C support, they always believe what is there on screen. Not the person who's calling. They don't have enough time like we just want to **** on the phone with them as we have time. @JioCare sometimes what u see doesn't mean it is true. Learn this .

Not a single hope has left for us from jio. Pls @DoT_India @TRAI do something pls. 4g speed is ±50kbps from @JioCare. Instead of improving they just fool us by major some dumb excuses. If u guys who are responsible for these activities not listen .idk where to complain. HELP US !

For 1 year my speed is not more than 50kbps. and they call themselves best network. if this best, then **** this network.

Hello there @VodafoneIN. Just wanted to know what are steps for porting my jio number to ur network. Because @JioCare is foolish is from last year regarding betterment of thier network but instead it's keep getting worse. So I want to port my jio into vodafone.Waiting for reply.

@reliancejio @reliancegroup Poor performance by jio fiber customer service. Wifi not working since yesterday Eve and no response back from engineer for alloted visit time from 1-2pm today. Suffering alot. But no customer satisfaction by jio. Poor performance.

It seems that in many parts of Bengaluru @JioCare @reliancejio have laid optic fiber cable without permission as per RAJNEWS report and I have personally experienced it. Suffering for opting their service, its almost 20 days no response or refund of amount.. Great going

@reliancejio almost 10 days ago i visited jio store lalgarh jattan dist sri ganganagar 335037 i take physical sim from store before i using e sim now sim not working netwrk shown but call failed yesterday i complaint jio 198 they say we replace sim free of cost but store taking charge 50 rsj
