I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists and the TV is not functioning. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and arrange for a technician to visit my location to resolve the problem ASAP.

The agent came, cancelled it saying technical feasibility issue, and promised a refund. Refund is still pending!

And if the phone is connected to 4G, the experience is no better. Surprisingly, other operators provide much more stable and reliable service in my area.
