For 1 year my speed is not more than 50kbps. and they call themselves best network. if this best, then **** this network.

    Hello there @VodafoneIN. Just wanted to know what are steps for porting my jio number to ur network. Because @JioCare is foolish is from last year regarding betterment of thier network but instead it's keep getting worse. So I want to port my jio into vodafone.Waiting for reply.

    If someone is calling C support, they always believe what is there on screen. Not the person who's calling. They don't have enough time like we just want to **** on the phone with them as we have time. @JioCare sometimes what u see doesn't mean it is true. Learn this .

    Not a single hope has left for us from jio. Pls @DoT_India @TRAI do something pls. 4g speed is ±50kbps from @JioCare. Instead of improving they just fool us by major some dumb excuses. If u guys who are responsible for these activities not listen .idk where to complain. HELP US !

    I switched to @JioCare broadband services recently and it’s been a nightmare. Pathetic service, constant issues, and absolutely zero resolution. Huge mistake. Lesson learned. #JioFiber

    @JioCare I hv checkdDM bt no SR raised so far. I m failed 2 understand wats stopping u 2 raise SR or arange visit 4m enginer? JIO app & CC on ph diagnosed issue, bt d real problem is no one wanted to resolve it. Let me knw y i dont get refund if i surender connection as its nt working?

    Dear @JioCare, I'm getting a 5G++ signal, yet my internet speed is only 50–80 KB/s. I've paid ₹1,200+ for an unlimited 5G plan, This is completely unacceptable. Investigate this issue immediately and restore the speeds I'm paying for. #Jio #Jio5G #PoorNetwork

    Dear @JioCare,@reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been down since Friday. I contacted the installation person, who asked me to call customer support. After raising a complaint, I was told that a service engineer is only available on July 20.
