@JioCare Sir today I called your call centre number 18008899999, from my jio number 9027181002, firstly it didn't connect 3 times consecutively at last when it got connected it didn't take me to your customer care executive it just disconnected, I am getting 2g speed on 4g sim.

@reliancejio services are very slow, I want the jio fiber connection so I asked my nearest jio shop to give me a connection but he said "sorry sir, it will take 15 days to provide the services in your locality" he told me this on 10 August 2020 & till now no connection were given
