@JioCare @JioCare my mobile number is 9325141581 and I have 6 more jio number family member. We are facing same problem.. In home we are not able hear or talk on phone call. We have to go outside or gallary then only we are able to talk properly on call. Please fix this issue

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. Me and my family have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

Today as my @reliancejio were down I reacharged my @Idea and after it I feel a Pathetic experience from them, earlier from very bad Internet connectivity then from Customer Representative. How can you guys be so irresponsible? Leave internet data, can't even know how to deal 😑

@reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

@JioCare I would recommend to all, switch from jio to any of other fiber connection. Atleast customer support is good with other networks,@reliancejio @JioCare is making fool to customers and continue wasting time. 4 days, still no response in twitter chat, same question asked 5 times.
