@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. We have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

@reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

@JioCare my mobile number is 9325141581 and I have 6 more jio number family member. We are facing same problem.. In home we are able hear or talk on phone call. We have to go outside or gallary then only we are able to talk properly on call.

Today as my @reliancejio were down I reacharged my @Idea and after it I feel a Pathetic experience from them, earlier from very bad Internet connectivity then from Customer Representative. How can you guys be so irresponsible? Leave internet data, can't even know how to deal 😑

@JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

@JioCare @reliancejio How bad is the policy to not sell JioPhone without new sim, what about old jio phone purchased 3 years back and not properly functioning now. Shall we change phone number after each keypad failure,very bad🙁 Could be probable reason to opt out of Jio network

@JioCare Want to add some more issues- Many Call drops and also Not able to receive many incoming calls. I am receiving messages that you have 3 missed calls from this person 2 missed calls from this person. Internet speed is like i can remember the time of 2G.

@reliancejio writing this tweet after 2 days of no internet service provided by jio fiber. The network engineers have straight up denied service to me. I request @reliancejio to stop providing internet service if you cannot maintain it and cant have a proper team set up.

@reliancejio Internet service down for 5 days now. No engineer showed up, nothing whatsoever. If this is the Jio service you are promising then the customers wont find it very good.
