    @reliancejio @JioCare Please get this checked asap. There is a known bug in the software you are running where with current data plan with X GB, when X GB data gets used(data wise and plan is still valid w.r.t. date) and if customer recharges with same plan

    @reliancejio Hello. You have stopped services even after deducting monthly charges through ECS mandate. You don’t reply to mails. Your customer care is not giving an ear even after multiple complaints. Is this the way to treat your customer?
