And they put a note to be hostile towards us and next agent also will just dismiss. I have 4 airfibers and 5 postpaid mobile. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

However, I noticed that on your system, the status has been falsely marked as "INSTALLED". This is a complete misrepresentation and fraud.
