    @reliancejio Pathetic service you offer! Horrible customer care team you have! 24 hours and no resolution of internet issues in days where office / school everything is happening online. No one is bothered to even inform. Airtel was much better! Regret switching to Jio.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets I have reacharge with the jio pos lite, balance deducted and recharge not done and no one is resolving it. customer care said to visit jio store and they said to visit jio center and they said to cntct cust care. They are just passing their burden one to another person.@JioCare

    @JioCare hello i am from hingoli(MAH) Naik colony, facing internet issue even google page is also not opening from 1 month all my friends and collegue facing this problem when i visited local jio care they told that corporation has sealed the tower as jio has not paid the tax

    Poor services by Jio. I recommend ppl not to go for JIO FIBER. Struggling with poor internet connectivity issue for past 26 days but to no avail. They have every time a new excuse to give but no Solution. @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima
