    @JioCare The entire village network goes. Many times the network does not come on after the power goes off. We have been trusting you and using your network for many days. But you are always disappointing us.

    @Mukeshambani_1 @JioCare Dear sir JIO's network has a lot of probleme, It may not be that after a few days people get to port from JIO to another company. I request to you plz try to increase the tower of JIO.

    @JioCare Very slow internet connectivity and network is also very poor at my location since few days.. Please help. @reliancejio The downloading speed is horrible especially in the needy times.

    @JioCare @JioCare All details were already shared via DM. Still no resolution or update. 5G drops to 4G frequently, internet speed is poor, and calls are affected. Repeated requests for details without any action are unacceptable. Resolve this issue urgently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Respected Sir/Madam, There is a Jio 4G tower located near my house. Could you please let me know if I am eligible to install Jio Air Fiber here and if the signal strength will be sufficient for it to work well? I have attached a photo of the tower location for your reference. Please confirm my eligibility so that we can proceed with booking the Jio AirFiber connection.     @JioCare looks like associates at Jio store at yanam doesn’t aware how to provide new sim for the lost one as it’s more than one week still it’s not got activated such a disgusting service @reliancejio Hope some one goes there and train them and active their brains first

    @JioCare Jio Fiber down since last 3 days, service request raised that put on hold by Jio saying "customer asked for reschedule ". Called customer care to inform that no hold from our side. Again appointment scheduled for this morning, again no show.

    @JioCare I don't get network in places like basement or in closed places and it fluctuates..SIM is around 10 yrs old..is it because of SIM or because of Jio's pathetic service

    @JioCare I have no internet in airfiber, your team says it takes 4 hours to resolve the issue. But 4 hours have never come in since 1 day. One humble request will you guys allow these many days late payment? I need an honest reply.

    @JioCare Connection was restored after 15+ days and immediately suspended due to non payment, so you expect even after connection not working for half a month we should pay immediately? Again after resolution, it’s getting issues so waited to resolve completely and pay bill. - (1)
