  @JioCare @reliancejio What a spectacular display of zero accountability. Engineer arrives with no clue, leaves saying someone else will come. 2 hours later—still nobody. I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. Zero accountability. #JioFiber

Why don't these guys improve their service, compensate customer for their delay/failure in service which causes loss to customer? Dear Jio it's high time to improve and gain back your trust.   @JioCare The installer physically took the device back due to a technical mismatch and never returned!I have NO device & NO internet for 14days,Every complaint I open (like SR00003F6C4L) is auto closed without a fix or refund. Fix probelem or process my refund immediately. #ConsumerCourt
