@JioCare My money from jio pos lite app deducted but the recharge is not processed on customers number. I have lost Rs. 447 from wallet No other jio centers are helping me out in dis, as dey keep saying dat dey dont have authority to handle jio pos lite service issues. plz help

@JioCare @fiber_jio @reliancejio Look into the below complain on urgent basis: SR number is SR0000147UFT. Jio fiber Internet service outage going on for days, no suitable reason / information shared by local representative of Jio fiber. This is not how we expect Jio to compete.
