@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. We have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

@reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

@JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

Always had an issue with Wi-Fi calling on the Jio network. When Wi-Fi calling is activated, incoming calls are often met with an "out of coverage" message to the other party who is calling me. This issue persists regardless of the device, whether it be an Android or iOS. @JioCare
