@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. Me and my family have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

@JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

@reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

@JioCare My Jio numbers is 6380072153. Continual call dropping and network unavailability most of the time. In addition, no mobile data after reset of SIM cards by JIO representative who charged Rs 50 for this service (Rs 25 per Sim card for 2 Simcards).

@JioCare I had stalk though, I went through your website to figure out how to call you folks. Might be better if a call option is presented on the MyJio app except for those other stupid options which serves none.
