@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. Me and my family have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

@JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

I recently bought Moto Razr but I am unable to equip it with Jio eSim. The local Jio store says it cannot be done. Kindly help @reliancejio @JioCare

Today as my @reliancejio were down I reacharged my @Idea and after it I feel a Pathetic experience from them, earlier from very bad Internet connectivity then from Customer Representative. How can you guys be so irresponsible? Leave internet data, can't even know how to deal 😑

@reliancejio My mother who is a senior citizen wrongly rechared a plan she didn't want. She tried contacting customer care but there only a IVR to handle and no one to listen to a genuine error. During these difficult times, Jio doesn't give an option to change the plan??

@JioCare . @JioCare I booked for installation around Mar 15. Paid the amount on 27 Mar & waiting since then aftr getting promised for installation within 2 days. Working remotely from home, this kind of delayed service is not acceptable. The issue shud get resolved within 10 days.
