@JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

@reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. We have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

@reliancejio pathetic customer service. I asked for blocking and cancellation of my old number which isn't in use any more. Customer service is asking 7 days. I even asked to block it 6 months ago too (I thought it's done) . @TRAI

@JioCare least you can do is be transparent. Promise something and then just don’t turn up on it isn’t great to experience. I am thinking of cancelling my connection right away with this kind of shoddy service experience even for installation. Can’t imagine what service will be
