    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. We have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

    I have been forced to post it here in public bcz been chasing @RelianceJioCare> 1 month now fr a simple step f uninstallation n no rply 2 my mails/calls. Plz b more focussed on existing customer base cz clearly u cnt handle more. @reliancejio #scammingpeople

    @JioCare Jio care speed is showing up more than 95 Mbps but all apps on all devices are running very slow, be it iPad, Laptop or iPhones. Your bandwidth is terrible. This is an official complaint on the access speed of my JioFiber internet.

    My Phone, Lappy, Tv and other all works with your Fiber... Since I'm shifting I need to work but I am not able to relocate the fiber. It will be very difficult for me to work with it. Please help immediately i have also Dm you. @reliancejio @JioCare

    I tried multiple times on Jio Fiber customer care as well 1800896999 and they told it will take 24hrs to resolve the issue it's more than that now also it takes too much time to connect to them then also you don't get proper help. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I want to relocate my jio fiber but unable to raise a request in the system as it is showing the area is not serviceable but I have been using my jiofiber in the same colony for last 2 years. My jio fiber id is 01353590520, please help

    @JioCare stores are terrible. asked me to come 3-4 times coz the person who knows isn't available. They took my no. & told executive will reach out to me and visit home- no response. Is this way Postpaid Plus customer is treated? I was already fed up & this getting it further.

    @JioCare It is humble request to pm sir Central govt understand concern of people of pangi. Bsnl service has reached to worst stage. Central govt give strict target to @reliancejio . Jio reach OFC in 19 Panchayat of "Pangi " district chamba HP till 20 /30 Sept2021 & activate 4G service
