    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. Me and my family have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

    @JioCare @JioCare my mobile number is 9325141581 and I have 6 more jio number family member. We are facing same problem.. In home we are not able hear or talk on phone call. We have to go outside or gallary then only we are able to talk properly on call. Please fix this issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear team my mobile number is 9325141581 and my address is ganesh nagar jalgaon. Apart this I have 5 more jio number used by family. We are facing major network issue at my home and we can not talk to any one on phone call. Please fix this problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio How bad is the policy to not sell JioPhone without new sim, what about old jio phone purchased 3 years back and not properly functioning now. Shall we change phone number after each keypad failure,very bad🙁 Could be probable reason to opt out of Jio network

    Today as my @reliancejio were down I reacharged my @Idea and after it I feel a Pathetic experience from them, earlier from very bad Internet connectivity then from Customer Representative. How can you guys be so irresponsible? Leave internet data, can't even know how to deal 😑

    @JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

    @reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

    @JioCare Sector 4, Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow (UP), pincode 226031.When electricity goes off internet totally stops working via dongle and also of mobile. It say no connection. So if electricity if off for two hrs, there will be no net for 2 hrs.Please look into this problem.

    @JioCare @rsprasad Had da GoI not gone 4 da "strategic" dismantlement of BSNL, with all da pre-existing infrastructure, no one but BSNL wld hav captured da cellular network mkt. It has been a curse 2 da citizens tht da GoI has bn favring da pvt sector despite da fact tht da citizens wld b at a loss

    @JioCare Finally the issue was resolved last evening by 6.30pm, exactly after 4 days. Can you tell me how to get the refund money for this internet lost days due to jio. ??
