    @reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. We have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. Me and my family have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

    @JioCare Made 3 complaints in last 2 weeks with same problem. Jio immediately needs to look into this as lack of sincereity is being conveyed in market by their troubleshooting teams.

    @JioCare No thank u. Had long conversationS with jiocare over emails abt issue of signal for yrs. HOWEVER, since past few mnths loss of signal isnt as frequent as it used to be. Modus: If signal isnt available frm Northern window then try putting device in south. If both fail then forget.

    @JioCare After calling customer care, they scheduled at 1:15pm today, but again rescheduled 13th march. How many times rescheduling will happen. Please check asap. If required i will provide screen shots of all messages.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now I realise that taking a jio broadband is a mistake. Even the application does not work properly. Customer support is worst I hv ever experienced.

    @JioCare Hey Siddhesh I contacted to the service boys of the service centre in Mansarovar Jaipur on call They are still saying it'll take 7-8 days more And I don't have that much time I got the connection on the assurance of 2-3 days. Continued in the next tweet... @JioCare @reliancejio
