@JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. Me and my family have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

@JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. We have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

@JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Hi , My device submitted on 17 th Jan 2022. I have taken connection in trial offer. I disconnected my service under 30 days. I got 500 ruppees on 22 Feb but 1000 rupees still not credited in my account. I have sent mail with bank details many times but they didn't help us.

@JioCare is my 11th Tweet and might have called customer care 100times...never seen such useless customer service, in my life I mean it. ..router has not been picked up to date and has not been refunded...( I know after this tweet I get rescheduled message, which is as useless)
