@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing severe issues with Jio sim and JioFi network for past several weeks. Severe interruptions and poor voice quality during calls. Internet is painfully slow. Me and my family have been using Jio for a long time. Hoping for prompt response.

I recently bought Moto Razr but I am unable to equip it with Jio eSim. The local Jio store says it cannot be done. Kindly help @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Disappointed with the pathetic customer support and extremely poor network!! Call dropping, interruptions in audio, extremely slow JioFi internet. So many follow-ups but no action. @DoT_India please look into this.

@reliancejio speed of the internet is very slow, I used to get speed of at least 2 mb or above, now a days, it never crosses 400 kbps.

@JioCare If you have to close ticket without asking user issue is solved or not, why waste money in customer care team. Have an automated program, which will change ticket status every 1 hour. Coz customer care you don't have any inclination. right

@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service.. Had registered a compalaint on 16th Nov'21.. it's been more than72hrs.. still did not get any resolution.. also the service engineer has taken Rs450 & now not responding to the calls.. also did not give any receipt for same.

@JioCare this is regarding jio fiber relocation order CO0000GMM2PN. Engineer is saying it will take 2-3 days to ge the port extended. Need your help to expedite this it is impacting my work.
