In home we are able hear or talk on phone call. We have to go outside or gallary then only we are able to talk properly on call.

This happens across all apps like FB, Insta, YouTube, etc. Even when I use the Jio app, it fails to load data. I have tried multiple times. Let me know how much time may take to fix this issue

I was repeatedly told my plan validity would be extended, but now support says no because it was resolved within SLA. I paid for internet, not downtime extend my validity, or refund the outage period. Otherwise, I’ll disconnect.

It's beyond 2 months we had connected & discussed issue, now it's getting tougher, I had disconnected fiber for the reason but due to the delay of resolution it has almost defeated the main purpose & caused stressed, please resolve in 1-2 days 🙏
