    @LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have had multiple attempts with your customer care where 2 out of 4 executives lied to me that they created a service request Finally, on 22nd dec one of the agent created SR0000181T28 but I have not received any communication.
