    @LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

    @JioCare @JioCare Appointment confirmed, time slot given, but nobody showed up and nobody bothered to contact. Truly a “wonderful” customer experience. Need immediate resolution.

    @JioCare Dear Jio, money deducted instantly for my JioFiber recharge, but after 3 calls to customer care, I got 3 different explanations. Taking payment was easy. Who’s actually going to recharge my account, or is this the premium experience?

    @JioCare Internet down since 6 June. LOS red light blinking. SR000037UHPJ. 10+ calls to customer care, still no resolution. New connection and 12 June engineer visit is unacceptable. Resolve urgently or will complain in National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir,we need your attention & help 2 get the jiofiber services installed at our place.We work frm home & we are forced 2 be on leave since 1st June,2026 only bcoz JIOFIBER is nt installed till date.We paid in advance, we escalated the matter but all in vain.
