Only kyc can be done from their end. They don’t want to disturb the monopoly of this area. Very mindful! Guess u lost 1 customer

Gaurav (@___gauravg) reported@JioCare my airfiber is doing my head in. Frequent disconnections , every 15 mins or so. Diagnostics shows no problems and had a very uninspiring call with customer care who i don't think understands the problem. This needs to be escalated to a service engineer asap.
