    @reliancejio Dear Ambani ji one of your business is very hard for my life I recharge 249 1.5gb pr month in my mobile but your 4g network is so slowly none of any team work for here to resolve issue I am very tensed..plz solve the problem even my whatsapp status is not downloadi

    @JioCare Because it has been more than 2 weeks and no resolution from your end. Thank god I have my alternate mobile with Airtel. Otherwise, my world would come to a standstill if I would have completely depended on the Jio network! And lastly, a quick question for you -

    @JioCare Hi team, I moved within the state and tried to raise a relocation request but got an error user was not found. It's been more than 48 hours I have been coordinating with your customer care and even emailed, but I did not get any resolution. This was a very horrible eco.
