    @LYF_In @JioCare I have a jio phone it has some serious issues mostly it doesn’t rings on incoming calls beeps continuously without even single notifications freezes and full of ads from jio bought it for my grandma but roaming around your service centre 1/2

    @JioCare - it's been 6 days that my Jio Fiber connection is down and ZERO visits from your engineer. Worst internet service provider! Regret moving from @airtelindia to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @sandeep02297598 As if no one know how to recharge and stuff , issue is internet speed and customer satisfaction that is not taken care here in Jio , month back I was unable use internet for more than 24 hours (Jio fibre ) internet was totally shut , and the Jio representative not helped .

    @JioCare : last two days here, I am trying to explain in all possible manner,but even at twitter they r not registering my complaint of non functioning of internet. Now people should look how bad they r in customer service, refund my security amount without any further delay
