  @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai please take your connection i complaint since 3 days ago of wire break issue but still complaint not resolve. I paid for 6 months connection but facing issue in your service. Very poor service. Airtel is better than jio

  Time to switch to @reliancejio Such a worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised service request 2 times for same issue n both d time Airtel closed the service request without providing resolution. They even didn't think of updating custmr on same b4 closing

  then the connectivity of internet is very bad. Even if they spent money on hardwares but they do not achieve enough speed because the reach of the network is not enough ( i.e. Towers are installed in a long distance) so it is not able to cover all areas. #jio @reliancejio
