    @reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? - Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? - Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.

    @JioCare Who complaints about outdoor network. Everyone complaint only for indoors.i complaint airtel network issue and it will solve within 2 days.but here it approximate 3 months but you not able to rectify this. You give only copy paste reply.

    @JioCare @sachin_shandil I request u please stop giving such non sense answers, read my old msg i clearly mentioned that network problem occurs only in my home location,so it is not my mobile fault and sim slot fault. If the lockdown open i port my sim immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio please refer my old tweets. The network coverage problem not rectified in my location. 3 month's already passed but my problem not resolved. Please don't give old reply as you already give since 3 months and don't send any links.

    If there would have been -1 rating to #JioFiber customer care service, I would have given that only. Not even able to raise a technician visit. After calling, emailing, online chat for literally MANY times! Problem: VERY FREQUENT internet disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Disappointed by gigafiber customer service I'm having speed issue from last 2weeks n ur staff is unable to resolve it N instead of resolving it ur staff is busy in installing the new connections Since u r not able to resolve the issue I'm quiting ur services

    @JioCare @txt2sathish I am not satisfy with your reply. I am using airtel network to tweet you. There is no network coverage in my location, inside the house,but other networks are easily available inside my house. Do you want i use my phon outdoor only or on the road.

    @JioCare @aryanchauhan68 Same here , im facing issue on my jio fiber and having gold plan also and these guys dont worry about it. They are making money only they just dont care about customer issue.

    @JioCare pathetic services Jio is offering since a few days. Dead slow internet services, voice breaking on calls if it gets connected to other numbers, call drops or fails constantly. Irritated frustrated agitated to the core! Do soemthing or il b forced to shift!

    @BSNLCorporate @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TikonaTIL @reliancejio There is no connectivity of internet in my area of any network, it's just 2 km away from main road. Internet is a basic need today, Bt we are not getting new connections here. Help us to get a broadband asap

    @JioCare hi , im getting poor speed on my jio fiber since the jio plan has changed. Im having gold plan with 150 mbps speed and still im unable to open web pages like on mobile internet. Check this on prioirty.

    @JioCare Nowdays network strength is very poor in my area. Kindly improve the data strength. Its very difficult to do the wfh activities. previously speed was around 4 - 5 Mbps. now it not crossing 100KBps.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have surrendered my Jio connection few months back who's security deposit was INR 2,500 and guess what, I received just INR 250 as a credit. Also, I am chasing Jio customer care for the invoice for past 1 week and no positive response from them.

    @reliancejio it's Very Sad To Saw Reliance Has this type of Service. I Want Reliance Fiber Connection But Afte Fill my From and Giving Permission from Society, It's 7th Day No one Will Came To Vist The Site. Even No One Will Call Me Regarding this Process.

    @reliancejio @jiocare I am very very disappointed from jio fiber services I am trying for new connection but it is not available since 1,2 years. I think it's the worst service of fiber which is not available to everyone's doorstep and they are not trying atleast for it.

    Hii @JioCare , after waiting for 4 days. I have decided to look for a SIM port from jio to any other service. Because of your irresponsible and unprofesional behaviour I am facing huge loss. But before ending our 6 years long bondinfg I will make sure that I take legal action.

    @JioCare Jio Fibre customer care team not providing my solution on my query. The team took more than the stipulated time and unprofessional attitude shown. They are not allowing me to speak with senior officials on the call.
