@JioCare hi , im getting poor speed on my jio fiber since the jio plan has changed. Im having gold plan with 150 mbps speed and still im unable to open web pages like on mobile internet. Check this on prioirty.

@JioCare Who complaints about outdoor network. Everyone complaint only for indoors.i complaint airtel network issue and it will solve within 2 days.but here it approximate 3 months but you not able to rectify this. You give only copy paste reply.

If there would have been -1 rating to #JioFiber customer care service, I would have given that only. Not even able to raise a technician visit. After calling, emailing, online chat for literally MANY times! Problem: VERY FREQUENT internet disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

@JioCare pathetic services Jio is offering since a few days. Dead slow internet services, voice breaking on calls if it gets connected to other numbers, call drops or fails constantly. Irritated frustrated agitated to the core! Do soemthing or il b forced to shift!

@JioCare @JioCare , no trouble with schedules, it's reschedules. Its surprising that this problem is only with relocation. There have been new @reliancejio connections just next door. Even your staff were ready to give a new connection same day. Unfortunately, for me it's a relocation.

@JioCare Same story happened with my other number 7313569673 ( stopped using) for which I received a offer from jio that if I recharge i will get Rs 200 concession. My request to give this Rs 200 to service incharge. I pray God to continuously bless Jio as Infocom was also blessed.
