If there would have been -1 rating to #JioFiber customer care service, I would have given that only. Not even able to raise a technician visit. After calling, emailing, online chat for literally MANY times! Problem: VERY FREQUENT internet disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

@reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? - Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? - Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.

@JioCare hi , im getting poor speed on my jio fiber since the jio plan has changed. Im having gold plan with 150 mbps speed and still im unable to open web pages like on mobile internet. Check this on prioirty.

@reliancejio @mipaltan Yesterday my boss called me that approval for jio fiber reimbursement will taking up but before that you have to arrange and install jio fiber 1st with own expenses which will cost me above 5000₹ 🙄🙄😐 . This is the solution of #citrix user. This my tradegdy of Work from home.

From last one week i am following up regarding my refund of jio fiber as jio customer support said account details mismatched, iam trying to update it's not working tried contacting jio support no proper response from them. @JioCare @reliancejio worst experience i have had.
