@JioCare hi , im getting poor speed on my jio fiber since the jio plan has changed. Im having gold plan with 150 mbps speed and still im unable to open web pages like on mobile internet. Check this on prioirty.

If there would have been -1 rating to #JioFiber customer care service, I would have given that only. Not even able to raise a technician visit. After calling, emailing, online chat for literally MANY times! Problem: VERY FREQUENT internet disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

@reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? - Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? - Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.

@JioCare How soon is soon? It has been 36 hours. If my problem is not resolved today (28th July), then I will switch my network to airtel or some local ISP. They provide better service or atleast some assured timeline of resolution.
