    @reliancejio Very Poor Services at Ahinsha Chowk, Vijay Nagar,Jabalpur outlet. They don't want to attend the users, simply forwarding, denying to provide services and harassing the customers.

    @JioCare @sachin_shandil I request u please stop giving such non sense answers, read my old msg i clearly mentioned that network problem occurs only in my home location,so it is not my mobile fault and sim slot fault. If the lockdown open i port my sim immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai please take your connection i complaint since 3 days ago of wire break issue but still complaint not resolve. I paid for 6 months connection but facing issue in your service. Very poor service. Airtel is better than jio

    @reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? - Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? - Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.

    @JioCare Who complaints about outdoor network. Everyone complaint only for indoors.i complaint airtel network issue and it will solve within 2 days.but here it approximate 3 months but you not able to rectify this. You give only copy paste reply.

    Problem is in these two towers of Jabalpur.20 to 25 days gone but problem not solved yet. Having trouble running the Internet Im complained 5-6 times but not solved my yet problem And tell yourself too big network😡 @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India 9112661060

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had paid the complete amount. I had queried 4+ times everytime ur team said they will come. And today they say I canelled.(I did not). I have opted to cancel my Jio Fibre connection after using for past 3yrs. This is the worst and non professional behaviour from team.

    3 days of delays by Jio Fiber NO INTERNET. Visits rescheduled repeatedly, service put on hold without visiting, and executives not following scheduled times. One executive even suggested closing my connection. Poor service and no proper resolution yet.@JioCare

    Requested for a Jio wifi connection. The same day jio personnel came, got the details, paid the amount through the app. It's been 5 days, no wifi connection, no customer service help. Worst service. Don't buy from jio. #jio @reliancejio @JioCare

    @VenuAnanda @reliancejio @JioHotstar They recently changed their plans now you can only watch Hindi contents on Jio, autorenewal didn't even explain they are going to cancel it. I fully cancelled the subscription but the **** is 3 month sub. Do not get Jio hotstar sub anymore.

    @reliancejio What kind of network is this? There is no proper internet connectivity in any area, even though the 5G signal is showing full bars. This 5G network is worse than 2G. You are charging so much and advertising it as ‘unlimited,’ which makes no sense. I think this

    @reliancejio @JioCare No resolution and as usual when called customer care they closed old tickets and gave a new one. SR000036VP5L. I mean is this cycle ever gonna end ? 40+ days , 5 different complaints and still no resolution.
