If there would have been -1 rating to #JioFiber customer care service, I would have given that only. Not even able to raise a technician visit. After calling, emailing, online chat for literally MANY times! Problem: VERY FREQUENT internet disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

@JioCare hi , im getting poor speed on my jio fiber since the jio plan has changed. Im having gold plan with 150 mbps speed and still im unable to open web pages like on mobile internet. Check this on prioirty.

@reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? - Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? - Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.

@JioCare Customer care says that whole area is impacted and refused to generate the complaint number. Windows of 4 hrs for resolution given around 10:10 PM. Surprised to see how outage is managed without incident management tickets. Bad customer experience.
