@JioCare Who complaints about outdoor network. Everyone complaint only for indoors.i complaint airtel network issue and it will solve within 2 days.but here it approximate 3 months but you not able to rectify this. You give only copy paste reply.

@reliancejio After applying for cancellation of #JioFiber connection in April, it is July (3 months), there's no progress in that front AT ALL. New connection? - Same day! Customer service/refunds/GRM? - Who are you? >20 calls/mails/DMs - BUT TO NO AVAIL! PATHETIC.

If there would have been -1 rating to #JioFiber customer care service, I would have given that only. Not even able to raise a technician visit. After calling, emailing, online chat for literally MANY times! Problem: VERY FREQUENT internet disruptions. @JioCare @reliancejio #Jio

@JioCare @sachin_shandil I request u please stop giving such non sense answers, read my old msg i clearly mentioned that network problem occurs only in my home location,so it is not my mobile fault and sim slot fault. If the lockdown open i port my sim immediately.

Their technical have already take back the device and after informing 10 to 20 times to airtel they keep calling me to pickup the device. I don't know what is happening bit @airtelindia is now taking his customer response so lightly. I will recommend everyone to use @reliancejio
