@reliancejio There is a major service issue with your 2GB/day 4g pack. Without any/minimal usage my pack is getting 100% exhausted. I was using the 1.5gb/day pack for the last 1yr and faced no such issue, but since 9th Jan 2021 with the new recharge I am facing this problem.

@JioCare Since Morning the whole network is down without any communication. Atleast @Airtel_Presence always inform of network problem if any. @reliancejio is only for privacy theft and money extracting machine.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioMart_Support is this your fastest network and service....I've requested for jiofiber and paid for that and it's been around 10 days since paying the money but I'm unable to use what I paid for ... After 7-8 days a msg comes stating that I've cancelled 😠

Do they have no concern for the health of the general public? Extremely worried at this new tower. Authorities may and should kindly intervene
