    @DoT_India sir I have complaint many times regarding slow data speed / network of @reliancejio but I am getting flimsy response from @JioCare . They always answer that we have many user in your area ..This is non of my concern, I have paid 2599 not for slow internet 😣😣😑😑

    Dear All After installation I did not receive any good experience of jio gigafibre however in night or day during confrence it shows reconnecting I think worst thing is this it's only irritate during conference I am a doctor Pls support @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_gigafiber

    @JioCare I already have a jio sim but internet speed is slow at times and after 10pm everyday speed reduces even if my data is left. So, first try to improve your services @JioCare @jio. I am thinking of porting to airtel

    @JioCare Hello Sir/Mam-this is not resolved yet. Ery day my internet and TV stops wrking aftr 7PM. Ery mnth I make a full recharge w/o any delays, inspite of that I am not getting a complete service and I have started to believe tht my money is being wasted. @reliancejio

    @JioCare your jiofiber not working since last 4 days. Service ID 1723178334. So in a 90 days pack it’s about 15 days your internet services don’t work. Pathetic customer service. Not a soul who attends to complaints.

    @JioCare For the last 2 weeks, very very poor Jio network coverage inside our home. We are unable to receive calls properly due to weak/no signal. Everyone in my family uses Jio network and faces the same issue.

    @JioCare Are you using jio? How you feel the jio network. I also use jio but I face lots of problems in jio and i call the jio I don't know who is speaking same of things πŸ˜”. My network stick is full fill but where is the network not working any social media application fix now.

    @JioCare Taking this much time merely to identify the issue is completely unacceptable. The network has been down for two days, causing significant inconvenience. If your team faced a similar outage for two days, would you consider that acceptable?

    @JioCare (2/2) The service has been down for more than a week. Your technician has already confirmed that the Set-Top Box is faulty and requires replacement, yet no resolution has been provided. Requesting intervention from the Regional Service Manager and immediate closure of this case.
