    For the past 8 days in my area (Allahabad, Allapur), Airtel internet has been extremely slow and unreliable. I strongly recommend not switching to Airtel. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @JioCare Such kind of replies forced me to change the operator, thanks to MNP. It's good that JIO is displaying the poor customers service part on social media openly. Soon u may find majority customers porting out due to poor customer care service.

    @JioCare even they are telling that within one hour new set top box will be installed but only false promise. Even today I have visited your store but no solution. Very pathetic service by your side.
