    .@reliancejio @JioCare in the past 2 days I have pointed out the network issue in my area 2 times and it is still pathetic. Even after you told me the problem. Fox it ASAP Don't force me to switch to another network

    @JioCare @JioCare not sure why the refund is taking so much time.when you guys want business you are prompt but on other side when refund is asked due to your inability to service- you take forever. Also the sales executive has just been unresponsive now! Not a Reliance Jio standard!!!

    @reliancejio Jio network is getting worse and worse every day and we patiently waited to get better. But I don't think jio will make it better anytime soon. Thinking to change into @airtelindia now
