    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , can you check the refund status of the Order NO0001EABW2G, we cancelled the installation request of Jio AirFibre, but didn't got any response from you guys, it's almost a week, additionally we don't the subscription now so issue the refund.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request no SR00003ADWJF, for JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +915123567511, your request could not be completed as the Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    My relocation request was raised on 28 June, and I selected 29 June as the preferred installation date. Despite repeated follow-ups, the relocation has still not been completed. I have received multiple emails regarding delays and now a new service request (SR00003ADVD1) has been generated instead of resolving the issue. I request Jio to complete the relocation immediately and provide a definite timeline. If the issue is not resolved without further delay, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Please resolve this on priority and provide a permanent solution instead of repeated assurances. Also, please share what action has been taken after the escalation and the expected resolution time.

    Whenever there is an electricity power cut in the area, the Jio network completely goes down and there is no signal for calls or internet. The nearby Jio tower does not have power backup, resulting in complete service disruption during every power outage. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio its been 4 days since i raised a service request for my airfiber . Since 4 days wifi is not working my 4 days of internet got waste my money got waste . No engineer had visited yet is this your service?

    @JioCare I applied for @JioCare AirFiber four days ago, First they never called me for installation when I called them they be like okay I'll look into it Without giving me ORN(Order refrence Number) (2/n)

    @JioCare I already provided information for inactive connection to Jio's engineer and customer support. I shared the solution of your unavoidable technical reasons but your team is not willing to work on it @JioCare @reliancejio
