    @JioCare Specific ques that I have asked over DM has not being answered... Let me post it here as well ... Please clarify the amount that I have paid as advance for the service to be provided and not yet provided... How is it going to be refunded if I would have to take a new connection.

    @reliancejio Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 363 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare @reliancejio "In Badhpura village, Tehsil Dadri, District Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, most of the Wi-Fi connections in our village are Jio AirFiber, which have been out of order for the last 3 days, and no action is being taken even after making a complaint."

    @JioCare Yes, consider this tweet as my official confirmation to cancel the post paid connection, reason is frequent disconnection and extremely slow internet speed. So I want to move to another service provider.
