  @bsnl_care This is not the first time. Most of the time and when on roaming it shows not registered on network! Thus loose important calls and even can't use any Apps with BSNL mobile data. I am just keeping bsnl coz it's cheaper than others and don't use this most of the time @JioCare

  @JioCare The engineer didn't visit on scheduled date and time. This is serious. The appointment had been scheduled twice, but no one visited from Jio's Team. And do share the concerned official's contact details. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED TODAY, the issue persists since last 4 days.

  I have also been at the receiving end of their miserable services and customer service. I have a recorded call with my dedicated RM where one can easily know if their poor backend services. Time to switch to @reliancejio @JioCare

  The state of ISPs in India is pathetic and pure draconian. @JM_Scindia should be scrutinized the same way as Nitin gadkari (E20) for telecom. Just tried to call @reliancejio customer care and some AI bs was wasting my 20min. They cant even implement a simple voice recognition bot

  @JioCare @JioCare it is full of fake promises and commitment. Sales people come and promises fake date of installation. Customer care have robotic answer only. Links to check status always shows error. Better u refund my money immediately and stop playing with customer like football
