    @reliancejio @JioCare every day the JIO Fiber router is getting reset. No resolution even after visits by an engineer. Very frustrating experience.

    @JioCare Jio still practicing recharge for 28 days instead 30 days even instructions by TRAI. No Help from JIO App, App is also showing recharge for 28 days. Recharged for Rs 395 for 84 days. Either Jio yet to update TRAI rules
