    Pathetic service by jio. Waiting to relocate my old connection from past three days without any info the are just rescheduling the date again and again even customer support is not helping from there side they disconnect call after listening the issue @reliancejio @JioCare @jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I want to tell jio care that jio net is very slow in my area. Please take some action on it. I have complained it many times but no improvement. So please take action in this as soon as possible, this problem is facing the whole area.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio your network is down from last month in my area so that I have problems to using net. Your jiofi is alos not working on this down frequency. Try to fix this otherwise I need to choose airtel. Because it's net is good. Also

    @JioCare Visit of our Jio service engineer to your premises for JioFiber Service ID 300374901804 has been rescheduled to 01-09-2021 : 18:00:00 as per your request. Dude to delay in installation i m cancelling my order. Its really frustrating .

    @JioCare stop fooling people. Bloody worst network nowadays of JIO. Fooling people by sloganeering patriotic terms and looting them by such a sluggish network. Above all not owning it but saying that it is due to congestion! Pakistani came or what that it got congested in 5 days?

    @reliancejio @ril_foundation I am sharing my personal experience.. Don't Buy jio connection with jio phone, the phone quality extremely poor they have common issue of keypad, if u are Lucky it works for 6 months at the most then when u go to service centre they ask u to replace device & pay₹250

    @JioCare I'm facing network issue with no calling and 0 kbps speed. It ONLY occur when there is power cut in my area. I'm Complaining for about year now. No response and situation persists. Why there is no data no calling during power cut? You don't have fuel to operate tower?

    This is outrageous on @reliancejio @JioCare as I cannot access hotstar premium that I have.. I cannot sign out from this jio hotstar account! wtf! No one will stick around with you jio if this is how you want retention!

    Looks like @reliancejio doesn't consider right to information that important. A BBC news article that speaks about Central Vista couldn't be opened while on jio network. We know you support BJP but this is a step too far don't you think? #BANNED

    From the jio customer care , they told me that there was nothing to be worried about so I neglected the issue But then in the first week of April my connection did get terminated Now I have cleared all my dues with VI but my connection still hasnt come back @JioCare
