@reliancejio @JioCare @LYF_In In my jiophone f101k suddenly network goes out..than i visited at jiophone service centre at faizabaad devkali bypass..its too bad service saying that have to be paid ₹1200..and no hardware damage in phone...its worst #jiophone

@reliancejio @JioCare Just wanted let you know that I'm ur honest customer since the beginning but presently the condition is worse the speed sucks, and netwrk too. You charge for 4G Data but the speed here is lower than 2G so it's better to focus on your improving service.Thanks

Through Jio Customer Care and Twitter, there has been a continuous complaint for 2 years that there is a lot of difficulty in running and talking to the net. For the last 15 days, the situation is so serious that 2 GB hardly spend 50Mb, that too at night.@JioCare @TRAI

Jio Fiber has become frustrating for end users like me. Support provided is pathetic, SRs are closed without issues resolved. I hear funny excuses like my fiber connection has speed & connection issues as I use inverter for powerback. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI
