And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

Meanwhile, I’m left without internet due to damage caused during the pole restoration. Poor coordination and service. Resolve this urgently.

Now I’m asked to pay ₹1,499 to upgrade, despite already paying ₹799 via my Fiber bill. Why not charge only the balance? Your customer support couldn’t explain this either. Pls Check
