And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

AJ (@ajisonnair) reported@JioCare Really bad service, pathetic network. The only thing you do consistently is sending monthly bills and following up on the paye payment. If you can give service at least tell me how to stop the services so I can install @airtelindia fibre or something
