And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists and the TV is not functioning. I recharged today but couldn't use the service. I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.
