    @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

    @JioCare I have recently ported my number to jio since my brother's jio is working good but my newly ported jio sim has very poor network and por internet speed. Kindly look into this issue.

    @reliancejio Ur network suckkkkkkssss and it's slower than 3G and works like 2G IN MOST Of the time. Seriously if this is your service I'm gonna leave ur network. PS:-"your most loyal Customer" Thanks 🍁

    @JioCare The technician called me this morning but hasn't shown up yet and isn't answering calls. Waiting 3 days for a WiFi disconnection fix is unacceptable. I'm definitely changing my service provider once the subscription ends.

    3 days of delays by Jio Fiber NO INTERNET. Visits rescheduled repeatedly, service put on hold without visiting, and executives not following scheduled times. One executive even suggested closing my connection. Poor service and no proper resolution yet.@JioCare

    @JioCare This is a general reply, I have given date wise payment vs service/ plan period, where I was wrong, tell me , as per ur X msg dated 11-05-26 Rs 824.82 is as advance which need to adjust in current billing Please show me the same how it's adjusted with detailed working

    @JioCare It has been almost 40 days and my JioAirFiber speed issue is STILL not resolved, despite multiple complaints and escalations. Complaint SR000036CY75 was falsely closed without resolution or my confirmation, which is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare This is absolute nonsense. Someone has called me and rudely just said your refund is not eligible because 250 mb was used. What does that mean? 95% of the time i had ZERO network. I could not access maps, communicaiton, internet, NOTHING. I was with my family and my young daughter and we were often stranded in a foreign country because there was ZERO connectivity. Kindly look into this on priority. I am only asking for the refund at the moment. If this escalates I will explore other measures as well.
