@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

Through Jio Customer Care and Twitter, there has been a continuous complaint for 2 years that there is a lot of difficulty in running and talking to the net. For the last 15 days, the situation is so serious that 2 GB hardly spend 50Mb, that too at night.@JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare What is the use of sharing number when it is just formality and end result is zero. Ask your team to look into region i have mentioned and do online upi payment using 5G in different circles it will fail many times due to instability.
