And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

Shobhit Saxena (@ShobhitS1989) reported@JioCare No, that ticket was closed from the backend. I have called Jio and got it reopened. Previous tickets were also closed without any resolution. Customer care is so poor that they are not able to provide an escalation matrix and ask to switch the network.
