Through Jio Customer Care and Twitter, there has been a continuous complaint for 2 years that there is a lot of difficulty in running and talking to the net. For the last 15 days, the situation is so serious that 2 GB hardly spend 50Mb, that too at night.@JioCare @TRAI

@reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained around 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

@reliancejio @JioCare Just wanted let you know that I'm ur honest customer since the beginning but presently the condition is worse the speed sucks, and netwrk too. You charge for 4G Data but the speed here is lower than 2G so it's better to focus on your improving service.Thanks

@JioCare Hi Team Jio, Today, I got a call from Mr. Mangal Singh from jio head quater, and told me clearly, that, we can't resolve your issue, Due to STB serial number mismatch. But, I am submitting same STB, which I got at the time of connection, I am not satisfied with the resolution.

I can't. At least @airtelindia & Vodafone are good. But Jio suck with network & Xiaomi suck for MIUI software updating. Next month I will port my @reliancejio sim to Vodafone if Jio and Xiaomi don't solve my problem. I wish everyone would port their sim to Airtel or Vodafone.

@JioCare I had raised uninstalation request on 25th Dec 2022 but didn't get any solution. Definitely, you would have the information, about the device which was issued on my ID. Or you can connect with service engineer, which had activated my connection with his ID.
