And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

Every day of poor network means paid service is lost, yet the validity of our recharge is never extended. I hope this is resolved promptly, otherwise I will have to raise the matter

Deduct the charges for the downtime, take strict action to fix the network issue, and restore proper connectivity immediately.
