  @reliancejio @JioCare Ur network still sucks I complained about 2 weeks ago. But ur service is not upto par. And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

  @JioCare I have recently ported my number to jio since my brother's jio is working good but my newly ported jio sim has very poor network and por internet speed. Kindly look into this issue.

  Dear @reliancejio I received a threatening call from this number: 9304372559. The woman on the call claimed that my Jio connection would be disconnected because I had not recharged due to the poor network connectivity from your end in my area.

  .@reliancejio has built a service you can join in minutes but cannot leave. No disconnection option on chat. None on call. No human agent. Only an email you have to hunt for yourself. Sent mine on 16 July. Silent since. @TRAI does a customer not have a right to exit?
