And the net is working lyk 2G If I'm paying rs.399 /- So firstly I want good service, And after dat good network with 4G working speed of internet.

Kamal Ashok (@kamalspm) reported@JioCare I have JioFibre in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. No connectivity for past 3 days. Technician came and said the issue is outside and it will be resolved shortly. I am still waiting. No follow up or response. SR000035J5E5 is the ticket which is still open. Please speed it up.
