  @JioCare The issue was resolved at 3:45 pm on 21st Sep, it took almost 24 hours to get a response from service engg. once ticket is assigned ask the service engg to contact the customer, pls do provide the right feedback to the respective service team. hoping for better service Thanks!

  Jio service not working properly .. I'll done 149rs recharge on my number 6361543547 but can't get sms sending pack ...and jio customer care can't reserved customer phone call...very poor service I faced @reliancejio
