    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare This clearly shows a complete lack of accountability, confidence, and commitment from your team towards resolving customer issues. Instead of fixing the problem, your staff is advising customers to leave — which is shocking and reflects very poorly on your service standards.

    @JioCare My jio fiber account says data exhausted. I click on add data button in my jio app App redirects me to recharge ISD call package of ₹502/₹501 in hurry i pay for 502 pack which i never wanted but was looking for ad on data. Now i have lost my 502 rupees to jio

    @JioCare The jio is like that only no resolution was given when we talk to support, they misbehave with me. Regarding service, WORST SERVICE.

    900900 I have recharged but the network is not working properly. I myself am new, I will tell everyone to get it ported to Airtel. Airtel is very powerful. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare I have registered a JioFiber Service Request no. SR000033BQ5X three days before but internet connectivity is still pending. A very unacceptable behavior and customer concerns are not on priority.

    @AmazonHelp @JioCare I have connected with your team umpteen times on this EXACT issue. You have sent me round in circles. I have no understanding left. Unless expedited, I will not only report this to consumer authorities, I will stop at nothing. Don’t underestimate a harrowed customer.

    @JioCare Connection. And said you have to cancel it and No choice is there left. I asked him to cancel, but he said he can only reschedule but not cancel. I called sales guy but he has not responded to any call till date.

    @JioCare Worst network in Ravapar, Morbi since 1 year no signal, calls fail, internet dead. Multiple complaints, no action. Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.
