    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    Please respectfully improve your costumer service and use real people instead of AI @JioCare . You people have WORST support system. Not at all helpful. I think it’s time to change the internet connection.

    I want the jio sim on fast delivery basis, offline store person promised he will give in 10-20 mins but bcoz of delay i want to cancel my request for NO0001D4UB12. Give me full refund of 349 nd release my choice number @reliancejio @JioCare.

    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic state of affairs. the internet fibre connectivity is down since last afternoon 2 pm in Goregaon West. Resolution time keeps extending and now it’s supposed to by 7 pm. . Nobody reachable for even an explanation - the least a customer can expect!
