    There is still no resolution from your end @JioCare @reliancejio.. I have been following up on this daily but no one has shown up yet. It's really frustrating to experience such service especially when you are working from home.

    @JioCare very very disappointing and pathetic service. I complained yesterday 10.17 a.m.and till now only thing i heard 24 hr resolution time and today it will be over at 10.17 a.m. should I expect resolution in 2 hrs when u did not even bothered for whole day yesterday. PATHETIC

    @JioCare @TRAI Is there any way I can contact customer care or customer care can contact me?? Always stuck with a bot which gives the defined answers. Call to customer service gets disconnected every time. Very poor service from Jio. Any solutions for the same??

    @reliancejio Guys your service is pathetic in our area. And in your AGM you are planning to launch 5G. Even GPRS was far better than you. Call dropping is worst!
