    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare Really disappointed with poor customer service of Jio Fiber. It seems nothing can get the work done. I paid advance nearly a month back. Despite several calls to sales, installation, even a tweet, I could neither get the connection, nor get my advance back!

    @reliancejio Lost sim card. 4r sim replacement, Jio store in New Sangvi PUNE insists for police complaint/sim lost report. When check with customer care, confirmed it's not needed but store not accepting & want over mail. Kindly confirm report needed or not and update store & me.

    @JioCare @rsprasad All "improvements" attempted (?)hv failed NOT ONLY ON Current Galaxy Handset BUT ALSO on previous iPHONE. So neither a problem with Device / Settings nor with SIM we believe. Tired of beating round the bush with innumerable complaints of INTERMITTENT internet and SLOW speed,..2/

    @JioCare while I absolutely love the non stop high speed broadband I've been using for a year, I've had an absolutely horrid experience getting a jiofiber STB box. Your service engineers don't seem to know the service or the engineering parts of their job.
