I certainly expect a team to look into this and talk to the concerned team closely to fix the issue at the earliest. Aren't you all capable of keeping a sufficient backup to run the tower. It is really sad to hear canned responses.

The actual schedule was at 10 AM which was accepted and then put on hold by ur team. U gave me the new time and no one will be available now at home. Pathetic
