    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    I want to know If I port my number from @reliancejio to @airtelindia what is best FRC for port and how many days it will take to port out? I am jio user but I am fully disappointed from jio lots of time I complain but there is no rectification for improving Network.

    @JioCare Then you better make it available. It shall not be an issue. It's available with other operators like Airtel.

    @Irfanrone7 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @JioCare jio I am facing slow internet speed from last a week at PIN 824124 & u r not doing anything.Even I can't tweet it using ur network, Bsnl 3g speed is far better than ur 4g speed. I had to used bsnl to tweet on Twitter. shame on you.

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @_MukeshAmbani I would like to ask to jio you provide 1.5 GB daily data limit but i am not able to use it because very poor speed at my location kindly fix it ASAP. location is Old Jawahar Nagar, Kota Rajsthan Pin 324005.

    @reliancejio network may be good at some places but your customer services are not.. I called to change billing cycle for my postpaid, but there's no provision and i was told to close the SIM and activate it again.. What the heck.. Total disappointment..

    When I ask @jio @JioCare @mukeshamb to help me to get resolve network and internet issue. Non sense things you are suggesting. Issue is with your service and you are asking to change device. #poor customer service
