    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare I recently moved my residence and am experiencing poor network coverage on Jio. The signal strength is -108 dBm 32 asu. And Speed tests show 3Mbps-1Mbps. Is there a way to get it fixed? I don't really want to port to another provider if possible.

    @JioCare This is absolutely pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for over 7 days and your team is only sending copy-paste replies without fixing anything. Stop fooling customers and resolve the outage immediately, otherwise I will disconnect Jio permanently.

    @JioCare voice call quality is too bad nowadays for the past 7 days for all customers. I did send a port message and even your customer care representative couldn't communicate properly. Take timely action otherwise you lose massive customers in the region. @reliancejio
