    @JioCare As per complaint ticket, resolution date is 5th March.. but I am yet to get any call or any visit from your technician... why such pathetic customer service?

    @JioCare I moved to next building in the same society and you guys are telling me to cancel existing account and buy a new connection, the Customer Service rep informed me its possible but now the technician saya its not....How disgusting, really bad service.

    @JioCare Please stop using a bot for solving every issue and put me in touch with someone who can understand what a human being is trying to say! Tired of answering to a bot for past 2 weeks just to get wifi network in 2 rooms! What is this pathetic service!!!

    @JioCare Yes Anuj your team is working for lifetime to fix the issue. I am getting same response since two years. But the issue is not resolved. I will move out from jio soon.
