    @airtelindia has quite good customer service although not Mobile connections. Good in broadband , but if we face problem, they are ready to solve. @reliancejio No one cares. Submitted all documents for 15 connection where we already have 25, paid Money but we get only excuse.

    @JioCare I am facing immense inconvenience from your side.I have applied for a jio fiber connection on 29th April and paid the amount on the same day,Since then I got on reply regarding my connection. Your executive is just giving dates. Please help me out 🙏 Ref no. NO0000H8X0GT

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I have been following with the means best possible dropping mails calling customer care calling technician there is no solution yet this is kind of service we expect from jio?

    @JioCare am presently using @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia they have worst customer service. Am interested in jio but my friends told your net speed is slow in my place 503246.

    @JioCare this is the recent service request no. SR000014TN02 and executive denied to fix the wifi. Kindly let us know if you will be able to help us. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. He even told us that he will himself cut the wiring. Name of Executive:- Sandip Jangid
