    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare Refund haa failed. I know cancellation but what about giving customer his money in hours after cancellation, not months. Is this some kind of indirect short term loan scam that jio is Using the "Non Feasible" are Trick to acquire publics money. I need my Money with interest.

    @JioCare Calls are not working after Jio prepaid to postpaid conversion. It is saying to call 1977 for tele verification from jio sim, but calls are not going for 1977 - it just connects and disconnects. I am regretting my decision to move to Jio postpaid from prepaid. Pls help

    @reliancejio Horrible service from jio. Today i recharged a data plan amount was taken by jio but data is not being provided. The customer care just types few words and then gone. Is this type of service u provide such a shame

    @JioCare @reliancejio The jio store didn't have sim cards in their store and they say system down Whats going on i reached at morning at 10 they said come at 4 they received sim is this true they have store and they didn't have sim card in their store?

    @JioCare While Reliance Jio was proud of its network all over the country, it is regrettable that the network problem of Jio has been in my village for the past 2 years.I complained to the customer care for this but till date it has not solve.
