    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    Very Poor service by @JioCare. I have registered request on 4th Feb for device collection and still its not collected. Eveytime visits are rescheduled since last 10 days. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio - I have been receiving emails for other numbers and even new connections. In an earlier complaint too, your team took close to 3 weeks to settle one issue, and now another one crops up. Guess its time to bid Adieu to Jio if this is going to continue!!

    @JioCare All above mentioned are satisfied...but the issue is have enabled to 5G network but in my jio app it is showing error... kindly refer the shared image...

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing an issue for my jio fibre connection. In the last 3 days, I have raised 3 requests for the service. My internet is not working at all. I have tried reaching your customer service. But it seems they do not value their customers. Plz help.
