    @JioCare I raised d request to convert physical sim to Esim. got confirmation that sim has upgraded but phone setting has not changed & haven’t received d activation code. sim is not working now.Tried calling d cust care number they are unable to connect to correct department.

    @JioCare its been 3 days, jio fiber services are down in our area . Every day getting a message that it will be restored within 2 hours . Worst broadband Location - irla goathan , vile parle west , mumbai - 400056

    @mipaltan @JioFiberChennai @JioCare, jio fiber looting money from customer, ur engineer asked to disconnect my connection, after looting my money u asked to disconnect a, y u cheat like this, give full refund and my rechargeamount, or resolve my issue today
