    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare But the strategy of jio is bad . I am planning to throw out Jio sim from next month . One Airtel is sufficient because Jio has lot of problem . Not a single advantage I see over an Airtel one .

    @JioCare Hi, Thanks for the update. But why there is no network in my sim. This is not as per the govt rules. You can disable to inactive my number if I not recharged. You can stop my outgoing call and internet but can't disable my SIM

    @JioCare JioFiber has not been working since yesterday. Your team keeps changing the resolution time — yesterday alone it was changed twice, and still the issue is not resolved. Pathetic service. I’ve been a very old customer, but now I think it’s better to shift to @airtelindia.

    @JioCare Still receiving generic responses. We have no Internet since 5-May and the issue affects multiple residents in our apartment. Ironically, when I tried booking a new JioAirFiber connection from another number, a sales executive arrived within hours to our home 😕
