    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare hi, I am not able to login in myjio app after the new update. It's sending otp on my jio no. which i have put in JioFi. Earlier it was sending otp on my alternative number. But now it's not. Please let me know how i should login.

    @JioCare applied for a new connection in malabar hill area. Made payment, installation was to be done today. Now technician saying it’s not possible and he is not coming. Customer is a super senior citizen. Please help and look into the matter urgently! @reliancejio

    @reliancejio pathetic service by jio fiber noida specially shashank and dheeraj who are TL of jio fiber and asking me for using airtel fiber.. As i already paid the money and they are not responding at all... This is not gud at all

    @JioCare our broadband connection not working and the service engineer visited yesterday and said will take by evening.. but till today nothing progressed. Why do u charge if things won't happen from ur end of time. If we fail to pay even for an hour u won't provide internet.

    My Jio Fibre Relocation request is pending since 01-04-2023 I called several times to customer care and local representatives of Jio but till date there is no resolution. I can’t understand that which type of poor services Jio is providing. #reliancejio #MukeshAmbani
