    @JioCare Stop harassing me through emails and calls. I want to make it clear that I don't want to continue the service on the no 7989392291. I have cleared the bills +paid an additional ₹130. Stop the service so that I don't have to pay for this dead service in future. StopIt.

    @JioCare I have asked to disconnect my service. My service request was to discontinue the service. But you have unilaterally without my consent is continuing the service even though you have promised me to resolve the service request on 1.2.21. Disconnect the service ASAP.

    @reliancejio @Jiocare I have made repeated complaints that I am unable to receive OTPs on my mobile , all other SMS functionality working . As a result of which I cannot access Jio TV or Jio Cinema. Please check my last service request SR000013RCXX
