    Today again no resolution to internet and the support guy was maybe attending call from his home, children were crying in background and people gossiping can be heard clearly. Guy had no clue to the service request. 48hrs and fibre still down @reliancejio

    @JIOFIBER8 @reliancejio JioFiber is becoming more like Indian Government offices. There are no resolution to the ticket/complains raised and tickets are being closed without any resolution.

    Terrible service from @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad, raised compln yesterday abt internet issue, still no response from Act. Call the customer service, got nothing. So raised new connection request to @reliancejio fiber connection, got it in a day. Thanks jio for saving my workday.
