    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare Not sure whats wrong with @reliancejio..after ONT change worked 2 days and now again fibre down from Sunday due to local network issue @JioCare please look into this..very frustrating. VERY POOR O&M SERVICE.

    Paid ₹1,200 for JioAirFiber relocation. My old connection was uninstalled and the device collected 5 days ago, but no reinstallation, no engineer, and no update. AI chat, AI call support, WhatsApp, email, and even a visit to the Jio Store haven’t resolved it.@JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since Jio could not provide the service, I requested cancellation. However, I was told that the refund would take 21 days, even though the inability to provide the service was due to Jio's own infrastructure limitations.

    @JioCare What's the status of this complaint? The router needs to be replaced as its settings are changing every 3-4 days on its own and I am forced to do a full reset and configuring wifi repeatedly. I can't keep doing this.

    @JioCare your wifi service is pathetic. I have requested for setup box yesterday and you have missed slots twice since yesterday. It's better I opt out of your services.

    @JioCare What is the use of a technician visit? My issue is not technical—it's a pending ₹3,300 refund. The device was already picked up long ago. Please stop sending irrelevant responses and process my refund.
