    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    Pathetic customer service by @reliancejio, my JioFiber is showing issues with WiFi, I have been calling them since morning but no resolution yet. After a lot of discussion a service request was created for on-site visit, but it’s closed without anyone paying a visit. Frustrating!

    @JioCare It appears the JioFiber service team has mastered the art of excuses rather than resolutions. Even after 4 days, my service remains down, while the only update is “our engineers are working on it.” Truly impressive levels of inefficiency for a premium service.
