    @JioCare 1/n Complaint 1 . U claim to be fastest 4G network in India and tries to attract Customers. 2. My whole family ported to @reliancejio . 3. I Challenge @reliancejio to even show me 3G/2G speeds at my place which is only 5 Kms from District Headquarters in South Haryana.

    @JioCare #JioFiber #relience it is really pathetic to see such a bad service. Neither the enginer arrived at my place for installation on time nor the sales person is receiving the calls nor the customer care. And you guys don't care to send the invoice of payment on the email.

    @JioCare i had requested a fiber connection. Your guy came within hours to take money. But no one has come for installation since 9th Jan, today 11th. Please guide how can I get the money refunded. Poor services bad attitude.

    @JioCare I jst shared speed test it clearly shows that 8 mb/s is missing from 150mb/s Why is that? And why the ping is 17-20 ms? My previous ISP gave me 4-7 ms ping & there was no loss in Up & Download speed So it clearly shows either JioRouter is incapable or ur connnectivity Sucks..

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you have a customer service phone number at least make sure there is an option to raise a complain / talk to the customer representative. Pathetic service have been calling since yesterday only taking to automated voices. #badcustomerservice
