@JioCare Jio is not working consistently in my area, sometimes speed goes upto 6Mbps, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Please help, as I am working from home. I have 3 Jio connections, same issue with all of them.

@JioCare Super slow internet speed despite being within only 100 m of a jio tower. If you can't provide high speed, than you don't have any right to charge as much money as others. Been for 5 months now, complained multiple times for no use.

@JioCare By now we have got 3 dates Initially it was scheduled on Saturday 6th of August Installation missed we didn’t even get a courtesy call Called many times got assurance from Customer support that it’ll happen on Sunday at 5-6 There was a scheduled callback at 4:30 but nothing 1/2

@reliancejio worst support engineer in Shahjahanpur, they do false updates and don’t rectify the problem. My internet is not working since 7 am today and its more than 14 hours. Instead of visiting on scheduled time, service engineer put the complaint on hold by himself.

It was my life's worst decision to buy a @reliancejio phone number. It was used by some goon before me and now I am being harasses constantly by police officers and collection agents and receiving death threats asking me to repay money. Shame on @JioCare (1)
