    @JioCare @consumerforum_ @reliancejio Dear As I said in the morning it's fake commitment only. Nothing is happening. See now days comes to end, today also installation not done.     @JioCare it’s been four days to go till jio internet not working at hour place. No any ones to come and fix this problem.I am and other also not using jio services at our place. We are complaining but no results come out. I think jio pay back our money because jio plane useless

    @JioCare Thank You. But what I am asking is BY WHEN shall I expect the work to be done? Please be transparent and SPECIFY CERTAIN PERIOD, based upon your experience to resolve the technical problem. 4 days have already passed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio of rs2500/- has not been initiated. I have called jio fibre customer care many times but they have only generated service request no.. My service request numbers are - SR000012PET4 , SR000012WFOR, SR000012XE77. I had never imagined that(2/3)

    @JioCare my jio number 8250283091. Last 48 hours my network missing from my handset. Network is available in other locality.another number from my family which is 8818928775 is also suffering no outgoing call service from that number.

    @JioCare Dear operator on our area jio network is very slow, we are unable to do anything in online. Please solve the issue. We several times talk with customer care but they didn't solve the problem.(Adarsha nagar colony, ward no 4,Siliguri, W.B.)

    @JioCare Ye bakwas kahi aur dena about different conditions, customer hu C nahi, ur speed never goes above a certain level, i use both sim on different mobile, ur netwrk used to do g8 now it sucks

    @JioCare I get this reply evry time frm the customer care but there is no ETA. No responsibility. I don't even know why it's taking so much time. If installation is taking this much time then god help jio customer if there is some issue. I m thinking to cancel my request.

    I recently initiated a port-out request from @reliancejio @JioCare due to persistent network unavailability in the Delhi circle. Shortly after, I received a call from @JioCare Customer Care, which disconnected within a few minutes due to poor connectivity. #jio123recharge

    So you pay for the service for a whole month and miraculously 4 to 5 days of service got halted by them and they do not care to call to ask ask about the service but they will call you multiple time like beggars under root when your services about to end for recharge @JioCare
