@JioCare False promises should not be committed by your rep.. He had promised to installation within 48- 72 hr.. Why false promises, customer should be apprised right thing.. By the way, pl expedite the things. Same jio fibre connection is available besides my neighbour..

@reliancejio @JioCare I had cancelled/discontinued my service for jio fibre on 28th october 2020..But till date, no executive/staff of jio fibre team has come to my home to collect the router and other accessories.. Because of this, the refund process of my security deposit (1/3)

@JioCare Ye bakwas kahi aur dena about different conditions, customer hu C nahi, ur speed never goes above a certain level, i use both sim on different mobile, ur netwrk used to do g8 now it sucks

@JioCare @reliancejio of rs2500/- has not been initiated. I have called jio fibre customer care many times but they have only generated service request no.. My service request numbers are - SR000012PET4 , SR000012WFOR, SR000012XE77. I had never imagined that(2/3)

@JioCare I was facing internet issue in my jio fiber and called for service engineer visit but the person was not talking professionally. Also he was also lying and misguiding so that he doesn't have to work. This kind of service was not expected from jio.
