@JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

@reliancejio @JioCare I had cancelled/discontinued my service for jio fibre on 28th october 2020..But till date, no executive/staff of jio fibre team has come to my home to collect the router and other accessories.. Because of this, the refund process of my security deposit (1/3)

@JioCare Until now, usual excuses like, choose the nearest jio server etc. you have not addressed the main issues, latency is too high, ping is too high and page load and unload speed is extremely slow. If this info is above your pay grade kindly connect me to someone technical.
