Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

Unable to raise a complaint through the JioCare app. The email support simply redirects users back to the app. Even after selecting English, the response came in Hindi and I was left waiting for a transfer.
