    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @reliancejio pathetic service of jio here in saradapally Siliguri wb since last 15-20 days. Net speed is below 50kbps most of the time + specially from evening. My no is 8918813312. Kindly look into the matter.

    @JioCare Dear service provider, What should be the solution for peak data traffic hour? 1) The service provider should upgrade the equipment to improve the further flow of data Or 2) should the costumer wait for their turn to use high speed internet? @reliancejio

    Never ever use @reliancejio connection because network is very very slow and @JioCare not support for network issue only support for recharge.

    @JioCare 03533560528 get sms from jio that my plan is upgraded. But till now not get the upliad speed+ download speed with 300mbos. Calling last 4 days customer care but not get any responce. I am a gold plan subscriber.
