@JioCare False promises should not be committed by your rep.. He had promised to installation within 48- 72 hr.. Why false promises, customer should be apprised right thing.. By the way, pl expedite the things. Same jio fibre connection is available besides my neighbour..

@JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

@JioCare I was disconnected the jio fiber connection on 21st Oct but till today device pick up not done.Contacted customer service atleast 30 times but no proper resolution.Device pick up scheduled 20 times also but on that day again rescheduled.Take ur device & refund money
