    @JioCare Even after repeated complains no increament in internet speeds. Customer care always claiming: Low speed due to high number of internet users from my site. Therefore will be porting my number tomorrow. Why to stay in Jio if other operators provide better speeds?!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio of rs2500/- has not been initiated. I have called jio fibre customer care many times but they have only generated service request no.. My service request numbers are - SR000012PET4 , SR000012WFOR, SR000012XE77. I had never imagined that(2/3)

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Even after repeated complains Jio is least bothered to improve internet speeds and provide indoor network coverage in my area. Therefore I am porting my number from Jio to Airtel. Airtel provides decent internet speeds in my area.

    @JioCare my jio number 8250283091. Last 48 hours my network missing from my handset. Network is available in other locality.another number from my family which is 8818928775 is also suffering no outgoing call service from that number.

    @JioCare Dear operator on our area jio network is very slow, we are unable to do anything in online. Please solve the issue. We several times talk with customer care but they didn't solve the problem.(Adarsha nagar colony, ward no 4,Siliguri, W.B.)

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had cancelled/discontinued my service for jio fibre on 28th october 2020..But till date, no executive/staff of jio fibre team has come to my home to collect the router and other accessories.. Because of this, the refund process of my security deposit (1/3)

    @JioCare 03533560528 get sms from jio that my plan is upgraded. But till now not get the upliad speed+ download speed with 300mbos. Calling last 4 days customer care but not get any responce. I am a gold plan subscriber.

    @JioCare I have taken jio post paid connection and activated family plan but secondary no still not included in my plan .I frequently called to customer care executive and visited Jio store but still problem not resolved

    @JioCare I booked Jio fibre connection as on 1st May-21 but till the date Jio fibre not installed in my home. They took money on booking date but not providing services. Very bad experience.....
