@JioCare @reliancejio of rs2500/- has not been initiated. I have called jio fibre customer care many times but they have only generated service request no.. My service request numbers are - SR000012PET4 , SR000012WFOR, SR000012XE77. I had never imagined that(2/3)

@reliancejio @JioCare I had cancelled/discontinued my service for jio fibre on 28th october 2020..But till date, no executive/staff of jio fibre team has come to my home to collect the router and other accessories.. Because of this, the refund process of my security deposit (1/3)

@JioCare Registered mobile number and Jio Fiber ID shared via private message. Hoping to get quick resolution of service. It is sad that JioFiber, the big name in India have very bad process for relocation or cancellation of connection. No help from local Jio sotres as well.
