@JioCare False promises should not be committed by your rep.. He had promised to installation within 48- 72 hr.. Why false promises, customer should be apprised right thing.. By the way, pl expedite the things. Same jio fibre connection is available besides my neighbour..

@JioCare 03533560528 get sms from jio that my plan is upgraded. But till now not get the upliad speed+ download speed with 300mbos. Calling last 4 days customer care but not get any responce. I am a gold plan subscriber.

@JioCare @reliancejio of rs2500/- has not been initiated. I have called jio fibre customer care many times but they have only generated service request no.. My service request numbers are - SR000012PET4 , SR000012WFOR, SR000012XE77. I had never imagined that(2/3)

@JioCare Useless customer support service. I contacted Jiocare for Fiber speed issues twice and they listened to everything, but instead of raising complaint for me, they just hung up the call! everytime. No complaint registered/engineer assigned to me.

@JioCare Booked Gio Fiber connection on 27th September ( connection NO0000NIF872 voice number +917553550776) and got assurance of installation in 2 hours. Today is 6th day and still Jio people telling same story of 2 hours. Kindly help.
