@JioCare it’s been four days to go till jio internet not working at hour place. No any ones to come and fix this problem.I am and other also not using jio services at our place. We are complaining but no results come out. I think jio pay back our money because jio plane useless

@JioCare We are facing the severely network fluctuations, not even fluctuations but also network disappearance when there is power cuts in our area since one and a half year. The condition of data speed worst mostly.Its very regretful for a prestigious company.

@JioCare I just wish the behaviour of jio was same as at the time of installation so that the customer if anytime thought of taking any connection only jio would come up in mind but with this bad experience for cancellation ppl will think twice.

@JioCare Disconnection of JioFiber since past 3 days. The funny thing is no one is even working to resolve the issue. They just give false assurances that connection will be back in 4hrs, 8hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs. And now they say it will be back in 48hrs. Hilarious!
