@reliancejio @JioCare I had cancelled/discontinued my service for jio fibre on 28th october 2020..But till date, no executive/staff of jio fibre team has come to my home to collect the router and other accessories.. Because of this, the refund process of my security deposit (1/3)

@JioCare @reliancejio of rs2500/- has not been initiated. I have called jio fibre customer care many times but they have only generated service request no.. My service request numbers are - SR000012PET4 , SR000012WFOR, SR000012XE77. I had never imagined that(2/3)

@JioCare what stupid excuse #. I have check the details and I see as of now you are not in a 5G covered network area, also in mobile technology, it is possible that you and your friend may be connected to two different towers despite being present at the same location.
