  @JioCare whenever i tweet or ask on customer care they say the rest 1000 rs. Will be refunded within 2-3 days its been more than a month when will i get my rest of the money back i have reached out to u many times and the same story u say !is this customer service u guys give!

  @reliancejio I am facing network issue from last 1 month at my home in Kothrud, Pune. Raised many complaints but every time I got same reply, it is temporary problem and will get resolve in next few hrs. Which never get resolved. How come 1 month issue is temp?
