    @JioCare First of all, you please try to improve your network capacity to provide high speed data. As I'm saying, day by day data speed of JIO is decreasing, call drop occurred. It's very much unwanted from JIO. @TRAI @reliancejio @thebharatseva

    @reliancejio @JioCare Their network is proving very troublesome, so if you have any advantages like you, especially the support I need is that the caller tunes are unlimited, then I will use your SIM 👉🏻@airtelindia

    Stupid @JioCare All your helpline number are useless. 1860-893-333, 198, 199, 1991. I called all these number to resolve an issue and did not get any option to seapk out my issue. All numbers spoke just about recharge plans.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence using internet service in my area is a very poor experience,i thought by choosing airtel would be a nice choice that i have done bt now i don't think i made right choice ,y i am paying u more than @reliancejio resolve my issue or I hv to switch

    @JioCare If you have to close ticket without asking user issue is solved or not, why waste money in customer care team. Have an automated program, which will change ticket status every 1 hour. Coz customer care you don't have any inclination. right

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare we want proper signal strength otherwise number of customer will go other networks like airtel ( port) this is a sincere request to you please do as much as quickly. We feeling like exactly we are in forest try to understand.

    @JioCare Again not getting OTP from banks on your stupid network. Complaining from last 1+ year. This is not bank issue as I am facing this across SBI, ICICI, HDFC and Citibank. So don't blame them now. Details are already in DM provided earlier

    due to my previous complaint for data charges for no usage, @JioCare sent link for statement, i can't able to see statement for 18/11/21. & Jio reducing data from 11:30pm onwards instead of midnight 12am.this is not fair at all.
