@JioCare First of all, you please try to improve your network capacity to provide high speed data. As I'm saying, day by day data speed of JIO is decreasing, call drop occurred. It's very much unwanted from JIO. @TRAI @reliancejio @thebharatseva

Hello The problem is that the internet in my area is in very bad condition, it is not possible even to talk.I also talked about this problem in Charatgarh Jio center 7 months ago but to no avail. So I request you to take some permanent solution to solve this problem @JioCare

Hey @reliancejio I’m completely fed up with your network it’s ridiculous the network is not proper strength is to week even not playing a 3gp video and fun fact I’m operating this from Gujarat Jamnagar how ironic. And I want to port the sim but it’s not letting me do so! Huhh🙄

@JioCare fail to receive the calls as informed by the person trying to call me. I have to reset the network frequently to use the services. Either resolve it on priority basis or refund my money and assist me to port on @Airtel_Presence. You have already moved my complaint to resolved...

@JioCare replied with options to upgrade or downgrade the plan. I want to cancel the billing happening via Jio. @NetflixIndia could you please help me with this? The last option i see is to either port out of Jio Postpaid and cancel my Netflix subscription.
