    @JioCare First of all, you please try to improve your network capacity to provide high speed data. As I'm saying, day by day data speed of JIO is decreasing, call drop occurred. It's very much unwanted from JIO. @TRAI @reliancejio @thebharatseva

    @JioCare @reliancejio Farzana was the name of the advisor. She was lacking the knowledge of the subject and refused to take the complaint. I'm facing a constant problem with the set top box that it always ask to login with service id and otp. It occurs in every 2 days

    Part:5 @reliancejio During installation they took INR 1500,now when I called customer service they clearly told me that we can't do anything your no. Is permanently disconnected now you have to take a new connection. Note: No one updated me regarding this policy of Disconnection.
