    @JioCare First of all, you please try to improve your network capacity to provide high speed data. As I'm saying, day by day data speed of JIO is decreasing, call drop occurred. It's very much unwanted from JIO. @TRAI @reliancejio @thebharatseva

    I have purchased a Jio Fibre connection and paid the security deposit on 4th April, 2021 but the sales representative is saying that the installation can not be done due to some technical issues. This is the 2nd time I am facing this issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    what is the point of spending so much of money on a service which is giving such a bad network. #jio just purchased a good quantity of 800 to 1200 and more of mhz for what, when will @jiocare be able to provide good services.

    @JioCare and I am not able to understand, what is the problem here, I did a recharge, which I can not use since number is deactivated, so you can just refund the money, what is so confusing here, or that is how @reliancejio is becoming richest day by day

    @fiber_jio @JioCare @reliancejio such a pathetic customer care. Unnecessarily killing time without any meaningful support. Internet speed so slow and inconsistent. Only big on ADs. JIo fibre services disappoints and irritate big time.
