@JioCare My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.

Hii @JioCare @reliancejio team, There is an issue from last one month i'm facing issue with my number, 9/10 times my incoming calls are automatically disconnected before recieving the call, after connecting to customer care they are telling like a trained robot.

Experiencing the worst service from @reliancejio Company and technician has rescheduled my jio fiber RELOCATION appointment 5 times in 2 days (23rd and 24th December) and still not giving proper reply. Order no - CO0000S21GZM. Definitely not gonna suggest jio fiber to anyone.
