@JioCare I know what you will be replying when we will call to the customer care, It's due to more users in your area. But this is not the solution. Just think of other options of employment and retire JIO services. Also refund the money of all customers , so that will dropoff

@JioCare Jio network is very slow in my location, Sikkim Manipal University, Gangtok, Sikkim. My network no:79085 15865. Last 15 days not able to get proper support. This issue will be not considered in service center, I will be plan to shift the portal.

Jio's network is the most useless 4G speed is never found, and Wi-Fi does not get any speed at all. speed of 1mbps has not been found When 4G speed is not available, why are you launching 5G? Day compare to night data speed is zero approximately approx 7 PM after @JioCare

@JioCare Jio has worst speed I have ever experienced . Even their jiofiber connection scheme is also a big fraud. They just fetch money from customer and never do installation even if u keep calling and complaining. Total fraud. Kindly help us to resolve the issue
