    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe Literally being looted for worst than poor broadband service and exorbitant charges. Internet remains down 20 out of 30 days. Bearing you guys only because am in a remote area and there are no other broadband providers. @reliancejio #gigafiber here too pls

    @JioCare Does jio not want to leave its customers? I have applied for porting from jio to another company on 27 January, it's 5 days, still jio did not leave me. How long it will take to release me from your cellular network??

    @JioCare I have registered for Jio fibre but till now no response from Jio fibre team. Atleast Jio should reply in this regards, i not available in my area further I can go for other broadband service provider.

    @JioCare Application is approved, bt i am unable to utilise, i would Iike to prefer other company for better service. JIO booking personal is not contacting me neither picking my call. Its very pathetic service, i am facing

    @JioCare N worst 4 customer support d employees on d ground level r worst.. my new connection a weak before and the WiFi is not working nobody wants to help just took the money and vanished. The agent visits n promise to help and disconnects my calls for a week now. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio pathetic service support from JIO. Service technician was demanding money and refusing to complete the installation. I paid him 250 and then he has created a technical issues and the internet is not working.

    @PrakashVeer10 @JioCare Jio is now only giving commitment, I have done complaints but they only replies on tweeter not physically doing any activities for better network. Since few months sent them my query but only replies not action.
