    Hey @JioCare , is there any relation of electricity and Jio internet? I felt that @reliancejio internet got down every time when electricity went off. Is it something related to Generator at Tower area? I just want to clarify my doubt.

    @reliancejio the worst service ever. Last week took 4 days to resolve an issue, internet is down again. The app is ridiculous, there's no way to register a complaint on it without going mad or even over call. KINDLY REVERT AND GET THIS SORTED

    @JioCare I have Port my No to jio and give my adhaar card as a document but my name is showing wrong in MyJio,few of agent call me and asked for the addhar card to email them but I denied Please help me how can I fixed this name issue otherwise I have to port out from jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio have u ever visited Sector 16A, Sector 17, Sector 19 of Sanpada, Navi Mumbai - 400705 If u didnt visited yet then plz plan to visit bcoz after that even Ull port your numbers from Jio as mobile network fluctuates very badly & internet is also not stable.
