    @JioCare Hi Nausheen, I haven't received any sms.. no engineer showed up to fix the issue. I kindly request you to please look into this, as it's been more than 2 weeks the problem is not resolved.

    Voice quality is not good & Internet Speed is very poor in my area Internet speed just like GPRS or Edge. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare Jio staff is so careless & have such a fraudulent behavior. Such unprofessional & untrained staff...really a headache to talk & get the refund.Never recommending & for sure never using it.Really very disappointing & poor coordination among staff & with customer. No refund still😤
