    Hey @JioCare , is there any relation of electricity and Jio internet? I felt that @reliancejio internet got down every time when electricity went off. Is it something related to Generator at Tower area? I just want to clarify my doubt.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe Literally being looted for worst than poor broadband service and exorbitant charges. Internet remains down 20 out of 30 days. Bearing you guys only because am in a remote area and there are no other broadband providers. @reliancejio #gigafiber here too pls

    @JioCare Madam you told these excuse lines third time again.. i told u if i have done full payment in your company then i dnt want excuses i want commitment i.e. in how many days you sholud solve out this problem.

    @JioCare - Ever since I've taken Jio Fiber, the journey has been extremely painful. My invoices are incorrect because of which I do not get reimbursement at my workplace. I keep calling the customer care and they just bluntly disconnect my call once they hear this complex issue.

    @JioCare having connectivity issues from past 4 days in my area and unable to surf and stream on my phone and tablet via jiofi. All my devices says Limited Connection and nothing works. Complaint at jio care number many times but no fix.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The appointment for new connection was today & now the technician is arguing for the past 40 mins that he won't give new wires as previously used wire are still there & wants to use the same. Is this the service yiu guys provide for new connection?

    And he is saying continuously that the installation can't be done today if we do not agree for wire to be joined!! Why do I use joint wires? There will surely be connectivity issues. Tell ur guys to be professional else there are enough players in market. @JioCare @reliancejio
